As a measure to reduce II radiation, we are suppressing the generation of corrosion products and removing them. For example, filtration equipment lines are used to separate and remove suspended matter present in radioactive waste liquid generated in nuclear power generation blunts and condensate water in the primary cooling system. Conventionally, such a filtration device uses a pre-filter such as a powdered ion exchange resin, a flat membrane filter such as a filter paper or a filter cloth membrane membrane, and a method using a filter made of crystalline metal, relamic, etc. Methods such as using a hollow tube filter have been used.

There is a problem that it becomes complicated and the equipment cost increases. The problem with this method was that it generated secondary waste, had low filtration efficiency, and increased space and equipment costs.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a hollow fiber membrane filter according to the prior art of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a substantially U-shaped hollow fiber membrane filter 2 is installed and fixed. A waste liquid supply pipe 4 through which waste liquid flows is provided at the inlet on the side of the container body 1, and a waste liquid supplied to the outlet at the upper end of the container body 1 is filtered with a hollow fiber membrane filter 2. A processing liquid discharge pipe 5 for discharging the post-processing liquid is provided.

This is known. However, the prior art hollow fiber +19 filtration device has an inner diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 mm to increase the filtration area.
Since a hollow fiber membrane filter with a small thread diameter such as φ is used, its length was thought to be limited to about 1 m in terms of pressure loss and the like. Therefore, a waste liquid filtration device requires a considerable amount of space, and in order to reduce this space as much as possible, it has been desired to develop a hollow fiber membrane filtration device with a vertically elongated structure as described above.

。FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, and the same parts as those in FIG. 1 will be described with the same reference numbers attached. As shown in the figure, a module assembly in which two hollow fiber membrane modules are vertically connected in series is attached and fixed to a partition plate 17 provided in the container body 14. 0 or 21, a large number of linear hollow fiber membrane filters 19 with micropores formed on the outer periphery are arranged around the water intake pipe 18, and the hollow fiber membrane filters 19 are adhesively fixed to the end member 20 or 21. The structure is as follows. A plurality of hollow fiber membrane modules 15 configured as described above (two in the figure) are connected vertically with an appropriate space as shown in the figure, and both end members 21. 21 is fixed with a fixing fitting 16. Further, the end member 20 (hereinafter referred to as an end plug) at the very end of the module assembly in which a plurality of hollow fiber membrane modules 15 are connected in the longitudinal direction forms a wide end so as to be connected to the partition plate 17. A fixing fitting 22 is also provided at the lowermost end of the module assembly. A sealing material 23 is provided between the end member 21 and the fixture 16 or i22, as well as between the end plug 20 and the partition plate 17, to prevent the waste liquid and the processing liquid from mixing.

Solid-liquid separation takes place. A part of the water that has permeated into the hollow fiber membrane filter T9 flows through the hollow part of the hollow fiber membrane filter 1'9 into the spaces between the fixing fittings 16 and 22, passes through the water intake pipe 18, and is taken out onto the end plug 20. , and another part is taken out onto the end plug 20. Then, these waters are discharged to the outside of the apparatus through the treated liquid discharge pipe 5. Then, the filtration operation is carried out by flowing the waste liquid into the container body 14 through the waste liquid supply pipe 4 at a constant pressure, while the hollow fiber membrane filter 1
Filtration is performed until the filtration differential pressure 9 reaches a predetermined value, and during this time the processing liquid is discharged through the processing liquid discharge pipe 5.

This backwashing is performed in reverse to the filtration operation. That is, water or air is force-fed from the inside of the hollow fiber membrane filter 19 to the outside of the hollow fiber membrane filter 19 via the gas supply pipe 6 from a gas supply source (not shown) to remove the dispersed solid matter adhering to the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane filter 19. At this time, air bubbles are generated from the micropores formed on the outside of the hollow fiber membrane filter 19, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect. When the cleaning is completed, new waste liquid is again supplied into the container body 14 from the waste liquid supply pipe 4h) and the waste liquid is removed as described above.
Filtration is repeated.
