割れが生じることがあり、又、直角曲げの場合等には化
粧板材を湿潤状態として塑性を持たせた上で加工せざる
を得す、その結果化ル1面に汚れ等が生じてしまう欠点

本発明は、上記の如き↓情に鑑み、直角曲げ加工の場合
に於いても湿潤処理を要せず、気乾状態で美麗で且つ割
れの生じない曲げ加工のLIf能な化粧板材の提供を目
的とし、合板・ファイバーボード争インシュレーション
ボードOパーティクルボード等の基材と、表面銘木単板
との間に、フオームラバー會軟質ポリ塩化ビニル−軟質
ポリエチレン−合成ゴム・天然ゴム・ウレタン系発泡劇
等のゴム弾性を有するシート材を介在させて接着一体化
した後、基材側よりシート材に達するテーパー溝部を形

上記の如く構成した化粧板材は、その裏面に適宜接着剤
を塗布した上、テーパー溝5を中心として曲げ加工を施
し乍ら家具乃至コンクリート内壁等の稜線部6等に貼着
する。この際、化粧板材の表面銘木単板2は、弾性シー
ト材3の有する弾性作用により円孤状に折曲がる丈で角
状変形を起さない(第4乃至5図参照)。この為、直角
曲げ加工を要する場合でも表面銘木単板2には割れ・さ
さくれ等が生ぜず、又、気乾状態で曲げ加工出来るので
湿潤処理による表面汚染等もなく、仕上りの美麗な外観
