可撓性膜製起伏堰は堰体を形成する例えばゴム引布等の
可撓性膜製包被(袋状体)を少くとも河床部に河を横断
する方向に取り付け、包被内部に連通ずる注排気(水)
管から空気又は水或いはその両者等流体を送り膨張起立
させ或いは包被内部から流体を排出し収縮倒伏させる様
にしたものである(例えば特公昭40−11702号、

さてこの種起伏堰に於いて、堰を膨張させた状態におい
て堰体内部で作業する際には、内部作業のための動力、
照明用としての電線ケーブルあるいは安全確保のための
エアホース等の外部と連続した物体を堰体内に入れてお

また内部への貫通体がある部分における堰体取り付けが

@  堰体取付部分を介しても内部へ物体を入れられない
場合は作業性、作業環境の悪化あるいは安全確保ができ

即ち動力による工具が使用できないため手動による工具

本考案は上記問題点を解消するため考究されたものであ

第1図に於いて1は堰本体を形成する包被たる可撓性膜
、6は河床、7は上流水、8は注排気(水)管、9はシ
ールシート、10は空気又は水、11は包被を河床に取

しかし本考案に於いては上記に於いて第2図の如く構成

即ち第2図において1は例えばゴム引布等堰体を形成す
る可撓性膜、2は中央に貫通孔部5を有する可撓性材料
による成型品例えば漏斗を押しひろげた状態のゴム成型
品、3は2の貫通孔部を完全に密閉する物体例えば栓状
ゴム物体、4は2と3を固定して水、気密にするための

上記2は可撓性膜の河床コンクリート面と接する以外の

3の外周部は常に2と密着して水、気密でなければなら
ないが、外周部を除く部分については堰体が膨張してい

ただし堰体が膨張した場合は水、気密でなければならな

例えば水膨張式の場合に於いては空気抜孔を設けること
があるが、この為の栓を密閉する物体として用いること
も出来、この際は空気抜孔と貫通孔部を有する成型品は

さて以上の様に構成されている本考案の起伏堰に於いて
、堰体内に電線、ホースあるいはその他の連続体を入れ
る場合は締具4をゆるめて密閉する物体3を除去しそれ
