PURPOSE: To save the raw material, simplify the structure, and improve the blanking accuracy, by forming a part of the outer circumference of a stator-blanking plate by both sides of a raw material and overlapping the outer circumferences so that the outer circumferences of adjacent stator-blanking plates form partially chipped circles in the feeding direction of the raw material.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material of strip is gradually fed into a trimming die and blanking is successively performed by moving a press upward and downward. Namely, rotor holes 1 and 1A and pilot holes 2 and 2a are blanked in the 1st process and stator holes 3 and 3A are blanked in the 2nd process. Blanked plates for rotor 4 and 4a are blanked in the 3rd process, and the blanked plate are taken out through a chute installed to the lower part of the die. Blanked plates for stator 5 and 5A are blanked in the 4th and 5th processes, and the blanked plates are also taken out in the same way as mentioned above. Unnecessary remaining parts 6 and 6A of the raw material are blown off in the direction in which the raw material is fed by compressed air jetted out through nozzles 15 and 15A at the same tine when the top mold is raised. At this time, the remaining part 6 are fenced by a partition 17 whose upper part is always fitted to the stripper of the upper mold, so that the remaining parts are not blown off to the right side, and thus the remaining parts are removed.
