Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a saturated polyester resin made bottle which does not generate crazing and thermal deformation, by causing whitening to a botromed cylinder like transparent material made of the saturated polyester resin by heat treatment, then biaxial stretch-blow molding it. CONSTITUTION:A bottomed cylinder like transparent intermediate material P having a neck part 1 is injection molded from a saturated polyester resin, then its neck part 1 and an entire bottom part 2 are heated and successively cooled gradually to an ordinary temperature and the neck part 1 and the entire bottom part 2 are whitened by crystallization. Then, it is biaxial stretch-blow molded except the neck part 1 and a bottle of which the neck part 11 and the bottom part 21 are entirely whitened by crystallization is molded. A saturated polyester resin has a glass transition temperature of ca. 70 deg.C and when it is heated in a temperature zone above this temperature and below a crystallization temperature and is left, a whitening phenomena generates, being crystallized due to a correlation between a temperature and a time.
