Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a lot of copied in a short time, by forming an electric charge storage pattern through the irradiation of radiant rays on an insulation film of a recording medium forming the insulation film having an electric charge storage function on a semiconductor layer. On the other hand, at a part where no radiant rays 5 are irradiated, the charges 3 remains trapped and the recording medium corresponding to the information signals is obtained at the trap of the film 2 by removing the mask 4. With this system, a lot of recording media with high density can be mass-produced in a short time.
