Abstract

PURPOSE:To discharge residual liquid drops perfectly and quickly and to dry the inner part of a reaction tube without injurying the reaction tube, by inserting a nozzle body into the reaction tube and entraining the residual liquid drops by compressed gas. CONSTITUTION:After the analysis is finished, a nozzle body 18 descend and is inserted into a reaction tube 37 by moving the tube 37 in which an injection, absorption and discharge of washing liquid have been carried out, to the position of a washing drying apparatus. Further, compressed gas is supplied to a drying nozzle 11 from a supply part of the compressed gas and is jetted into the tube 37 from a jet nozzle 23. Said compressed gas entrains residual liquid drops stuck on the inner wall of the tube 37 and is passed through a hole 24 provided with a collar part 21 and then, is discharged out of a case body 19 from a waste gas hole 33. On the one hand, the entrained residual liquid drops is stored in a vacant space as the waste liquid and is discharged outside from an absorption part through a pipe 32. Hereby, the residual liquid drops can be removed without making the tube 37 upside down and also without using a wiping member.
