Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively remove monomers or aldehydes, etc. in coating discharged gas, by treating joined exhaust in water washing zone and next, introducing it into the adsorption apparatus after flowing together the exhaust from heating drying room and that of coating room.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust from the heating drying room 1 is flowed together the exhaust generated from the coating room and joined exhaust is introduced into the water washing zone and then, a large part of harmful component in the exhaust is removed. Next, the above exhaust is introduced into the adsorption apparatus and residual harmful components in discharged gas are adsorbed and removed. For example, the exhaust from the material to be dried A in the room 1, is sent to the coating room 3 through the duct 2 and mist or volatile matter from the room 3 is joined and then, joined exhaust is sent to the water washing zone 6 and moreover, a large part of monomers are removed. Besides, the joined exhaust is sent to the adsorption apparatus 8 through the dust removing apparatus, such as the bag filter 7, etc. and the residual harmful components in the joined exhaust are adsorbed and removed here.
