Abstract

PURPOSE:To assure the origin position alignment of a positioning table with high accuracy by reciprocatively moving the table within a prescribed range based on the pitch of a feed screw and the number of revolutions of the feed screw. CONSTITUTION:A moving table 6 is moved in the direction of origin by the origin position aligning command emitted from a controller 1. When a moving direction sensor 7 changes to on during this process, a stop command is emitted by a logical part 2, by which a motor 4 is stopped. However, the origin overruns on account of a delay time or the like. In order to return this overrun, the table 6 moves in the opposite direction, and stops in the state that a photoelectric sensor 5 for detecting the number of revolutions is on. In this stage, too, the overrun occurs. Then, with the accuracy distance for the required origin position alignment kept constant, the table is moved in the direction of origin and this is repeated until and sensor 5 goes on. This is repeated while adding the counter of an arithmetic part 10 until the sensor 5 goes off. At the point of the time when it goes off, the table is moved in the opposite direction by 1/2 the counter.
