Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to solve the problem on environmental hygiene like direct radiation of laser beam to the eyes of workers, by avoiding the laser beam from being radiated, through the provision of shield means controlling the passing and interruption of laser beam. Thus, the laser beam (a) is controlled for the passing and shield in interlocking with the end instruction and bar code read-in operation start instruction, and it is not radiated other than passing of carrier on the scanner front surface.
