Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rough surface sheet, by a method wherein the fine particles are applied to one of the different thermoplastic resins nonadherent to each other by heat, the particles being nonfusible with the resin and after the thermoplastic resins are extruded multilayeredly, each layer is peeled off and the resin layer without the appliecation of the fine particles is taken out. CONSTITUTION:To one of the different thermoplastic resins nonadherent to each other by heat (for instance, a combination of polyolefin and polyamide, polyester or polycarbonate, or polystyrene and copolymer of ethylene-vinyl alcohol), the fine particles (for instance, inorganic fine powders or plastic resins) which are nonfusible with the said resins are applied, and each thermoplastic resin is co-extruded into shape mulitilayeredly. Then the layers are peeled off and the resin layer without the application of the fine particles is taken out as the rough surface sheet. This sheet is excellent with regard to patternability and mechanical strength.
