Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency for the transaction work of the salesman by recording the input information given from the key input device and the reading information from the read/write device through the recorder and then giving the collation to these information via the control unit. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic ID card carried by the salesman is inserted into read/write device 16 for reading the secret number. Then the secret number is keyed in through key input device 17. A collation is then given between the both secret numbers through control unit 13 and then displayed on display unit 18 in case the coincidence is obtained through the collation. Then the magnetic card of the customer is read out through device 16, and the secret number is supplied through device 17 by the customer himself. Thus the confirmation is given between the bankbook and the cash received. The contents of the transaction is memorized in the medium of recorder 14. The portable work processor is connected to the central system. The record medium is taken out of recorder 14 to give a collation among the contents of record, the slip, the cash and others, thus the transaction contents being checked. After confirmation of no trouble occurred, the renewal is given to the central file.
