Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide mutually fittable concave and convex parts with step on the contacting surfaces of piston and sleeve nut respectively, thus maintaining surface contact condition of both parts to prevent decrease in friction resistance and secure the operation of the whole device.
CONSTITUTION: Concave part 3b is formed on the contacting surface of piston 3 pressing friction pad with that of sleeve nut 6 on one end of shaft 5 linked to the parking lever, while convex part with step 6a somewhat smaller in diameter than that of 3b is formed on the contacting surface of sleeve not 6 with that of piston 3. By concave part 3b and convex part 6a, fitted in each other, movement of sleeve nut 6 in the axial direction is guided and, at the same time, decrease in friction resistance is restrained through maintenance of contact between the ending surface of convex part 6a and the bottom surface of concave part 3b, thus secured restraint of sleeve nut 6 on rotation being obtained.
