Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a safe and assured plant operation by giving decision whether the operation of the operation switch is carried out by the operator based on the correct selection and then informing the result of the decision to the operator. CONSTITUTION:With the clockwise or counterclockwise turn of control switch 1, operation signals S1 and S2 are transmitted to input control unit 2. Furthermore, signal S10 is sent to central arithmetic unit 3 along with signal S20 sent to controlled unit 8 via decision unit 7 each. With transmission of S10 to unit 3, signal S10 is collated to the signal which gives a collation to the correctness of selection as well as the contents of the operation signal set previously. Thus a decision is given to the operation contents of switch 1 about its inhibition or not, and then signal S3 or S4 is sent to unit 7. Unit 7 inhibits transmission of signal S20 to unit 8 in the case of the inhibition signal, thus displaying the malfunction through display unit 1B.
