Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate changes due to subject distance at low cost and prevent false color signal, by disposing stripe prism in the image pick-up optical path, in a color television image pick-up system using stripe color separation filter.
CONSTITUTION: A low pass filter 11 having multiple prisms 11a in stripe form is disposed in the rear part of an image pick-up lens 12. By setting the refractive index of the stripe prism to 1.5 and vertical angle to 33', the deviation of image can produce blur of 0.08mm, so that false color signal may be eliminated. Besides, by making the filter 11 from plastic material, effects due to chromatic aberration may be practically avoided.
