Abstract

PURPOSE: A nontoxic rust-inhibiting pigment composition having excellent storage stability, comprising aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate and zinc oxide.
CONSTITUTION: (A) aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate is mixed with (B) zinc oxide. The mixing ratio (A)/(B) need not be limited, but pigment compositions having an (A)/(B) of 1/20W20/2 show good rust-inhibiting effect.
