Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce an oscillator of arrangement type easily within a short time period by simultaneously forming a number of grooves on the oscillatory surface of a plate-shaped electric strain oscillator, to which a thin plate is adhered, thereby to obtain a group of oscillators having a desired length. CONSTITUTION:Wire saw driving rollers 3-3 and 3-4 are repeatedly turned simultaneously to the right and left on the other side of a plate-shaped electric strain oscillator 4-1, to one side of which a flexible thin plate 5 is adhered, so that the swars are driven in the direction of arrow A to form grooves 4-2. The sides of the group of the oscillators thus formed, to which the thin plate is adhered, are wound in the direction of arrow C upon the outer side of a support 7, which has been machined into a preset shape. After that, both of them are adhered. Since the thin plate 5 having elasticity is adhered to form a bottom, the grooves 4-2 can be easily formed on the support 7 in a manner to wind a curtain. Incidentally, the grooves 4-3, which extend at a right angle and at a preset spacing from the grooves 4-2, can be formed in a similar manner to the above.
