Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure an easy alteration without producing the material newly again by performing the operation with every band pass filter at the analog arithmetic circuit for the filter device which gives a partial alteration to part or whole of the still picture.

CONSTITUTION: The following units are provided: AD converter 1 to digitize input Vin; frame memory 2 to memorize the signals of one picture frame which is digitized through converter 1; and DA converter 4 to convert the signals read out from memory 2 into the analog signals. In addition, magnetic disc 5 is added to memorize the output of memory 2, and an optional picture frame is memorized and reproduced when necessary. In such still picture filing device, the output read out from memory 2 is converted into the analog signal via converter 4 and then supplied to analog arithmetic circuit 16. The band pass filter is provided to circuit 16 with every band; the pass of each filter is controlled by control circuit 17 to be applied to converter 4 via change-over switch 12; and thus the analog signal is converted into the digital signal to be memorized in disc 5 via frame memory 3.
