Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blended yarn that has dry and soft touch and silky gloss, and is highly hygroscopic and suitable for women's textile. SOLUTION: This blended yarn is obtained by homogeneously mixspinning polyester staples of 1 or less denier and regenerated fibers (preferably polynosic fibers) which has odd-shaped sections (preferably triangular section) and an average polymerization degree of 400 or more, preferably polyester staples having an average fiber length of 28-72mm and regenerated fibers having an average fiber length of 23-51mm.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a blended yarn obtained by blending a staple of polyester fiber of 1.2 denier or less and a staple of recycled fiber of 1.2 denier or less (Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei.
-38698). Thus, the staples of the regenerated fibers had a circular cross section, and thus the blended yarn had a soft touch, but lacked a dry touch feel. By the way, recently, a blended yarn having a soft touch and a refreshing texture, and being soft and excellent in hygroscopicity has been required.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. In the present invention, among regenerated fibers having an average degree of polymerization of 400 or more, those having an irregular cross section must be selected in order to give a dry touch feeling. This irregular cross section is for giving tension and waist, eliminating slimy feeling, and giving a dry touch texture.

If the degree of irregularity is less than 0.1, tension and waist tend to be insufficient, and the texture tends to be slimy, and the dry touch texture is too strong, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 0.95, the dry touch feeling is impaired, which is not preferable. Therefore, the irregularity is 0.
It is preferred to be in the range of 1 to 0.95. More preferably, 0.2 to 0.95, particularly preferably 0.3 to 0.

[0010] The recycled fiber must have an average degree of polymerization of 400 or more. This is because the shrinkage due to washing is reduced to increase the dimensional stability and to increase the fiber strength.

If it is less than 0.7 denier, it is not preferable because it tends to be too tight and short. On the other hand, if it exceeds 3 denier, the texture becomes coarse and hard, which is not preferable. Average fiber length is 28
If it is less than 72 mm, the yarn strength decreases, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 72 mm, the fluff length becomes too long, which is not preferable. In addition, an equal length cut or an unequal length cut may be used.

[0015] The polyester staple must be no more than 1 denier. This is because the fiber is uniformly blended with the regenerated fiber having an irregular cross section to give the suppleness of the polyester staple and to give a silky luster. The polyester staple preferably has an average fiber length of 28 to 72 mm. If it is less than 28 mm, the strength is reduced and flexibility is lost, while if it is more than 72 mm, silky luster is lost, which is not preferable.

Further, the regenerated fiber staple having the irregular cross section and the staple of polyester fiber are uniformly blended, and the actual twist to be added is in the range of 2.5 to 4.5 in terms of twist coefficient (inch method). Is preferred. If it is less than 2.5, it is supple, but the convergence is reduced, but it becomes difficult to obtain a silky luster. On the other hand, if it is more than 4.5, a rough and hard feeling appears and the texture of dry touch is obtained. Is undesirably reduced.

The thickness of the mixed yarn is 40 to 20 in English cotton count.
It is preferably in the range 0'S. If it is less than 40'S, it becomes difficult to obtain a silky luster, while if it exceeds 200'S, the texture of dry touch tends to be impaired, which is not preferable.

Next, the method for producing the blended yarn of the present invention will be briefly described. For example, as shown in FIG.
A regenerated fiber having a triangular cross section having an average degree of polymerization of 400 or more is spun from this spinning nozzle. By providing two, three, or four spinning nozzles in close proximity, regenerated fibers having a cocoon, triangular or square cross section are spun out. Subsequently, the filament bundle of the regenerated fiber thus produced is supplied to a stuffer box, crimped, and cut into a predetermined length to produce a staple.

From the results shown in Table 1, the following was confirmed. In Nos. 1 and 2, the texture is too soft and a dry touch cannot be obtained. In addition, although No. 5 has a dry touch, the texture is rough and hard and the texture is paper-like, which is not preferable. Nos. 3 and 4 are preferable because they have a dry touch and soft texture. No. 3 was particularly preferred.
