SOLUTION: This cleansing cosmetic contains the following components (A) to (C) as effective components. (B) 1-25wt.% of a nonionic surfactant which is liquid or pasty at normal temperature and has an HLB-value of 5-15 (e.g. polyoxyethylenesorbitan fatty acid ester). (C) 45-98wt.% of an oil which is liquid at room temperature (e.g. liquid paraffin). Further, optionally water of <=5wt.% is mixed. This recipe can prepare a cleansing cosmetic transparent or translucent. The obtained cosmetic has excellent compatibility with oil dirt and dirt removing effect, and may be handled with soiled hands. The cosmetic is free from a trouble of dripping when a small amount of water is added.
