In qualitative analysis using latex, the designated stool collection stick is used because there is a restriction on the amount of stool preparation when preparing a sample, but even if a stool collection stick is used, an accurate amount of stool is collected. It's difficult to do, and in the past, after collecting stool,
The excess stool was removed by wiping the stool collection stick with paper.

Moreover, the cap is opened to collect the sample on the stool stick. The creator was often troubled by the bad odor, which was a problem. In the case of a stool collection container containing a lysate, especially for some subjects such as elderly people, even if the lid was intended to be closed after stool collection, it could not be completely closed and liquid leakage occurred during transportation. There was something to do.

This stool collection container is a container in which one end of a container main body containing a liquid is sealed with a cap having a dripping portion provided with a filter and the other end is sealed with a cap having a collection rod. A screwing means is used as a method of connecting these caps. The excess feces attached to the sampling rod are scraped off when penetrating through the hole of the separation wall provided on the sampling rod side of the container body, so that a certain amount of feces can be supplied to the liquid. At the time of inspection, if a drip opening is provided in the drip portion by an operation such as perforation, a fecal suspension filtered by a filter can be obtained. However, the cap of this fecal collection container is a combination of a female screw provided on the inner wall of the skirt and a male screw provided on the outer wall of the container body. Yes, there was a case where liquid leakage occurred on the way. In addition, since a needle-shaped part that pierces the sealing part of the drip part is required when dropping the stool suspension, it may take time and work to soil the hands, and the needle-shaped part is washed once every time. It has the drawback of needing to do so.

And a sampling means that is inserted into the other end of the container body, and the dissolving liquid is contained in the chamber between the thin film of the container body and the cap member, and the cap member is provided on the outer wall of the ceiling surface. It has a nozzle and an easily removable closure that closes the opening of the nozzle, and a filter on the inner wall of the top surface that closes the lumen of the nozzle. And a sampling unit, and when the sampling unit is inserted into the container body, the sampling unit penetrates the thin film to quantitatively collect the sample in the chamber containing the solution. The stool collection container is used as described above.
Here, it is preferable that the sampling portion has a concave groove on the bottom surface. Further, the means for liquid-tightly connecting the sample collecting means to the open end of the container body is a male screw provided on the outer circumference of the sample collecting means, and is screwed and coupled to a female screw provided on the inner wall of the open end of the container body. It may be done.

Only feces are supplied to the solution storage chamber of the container body. In addition, at the time of inspection, the closed part can be easily opened by simply screwing the closed part at the tip of the cap member by hand, and if the center of the container body is pressed by hand and the inside is pressed, the container body is pressed. The suspension is filtered with a filter and discharged.

One end 15 of the container body 1 is closed by a cap member 8 and the dissolution liquid storage chamber 1
A dissolution liquid S for dissolving feces is contained in 3.
As the solution S, physiological saline or buffer solution is preferable. Although glass or synthetic resin is generally used as the material for forming the container body 1, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, etc., which can be seen from the outside and can be deformed when the suspension is dropped, are used. A transparent flexible synthetic resin is preferably used. The thin film 2 is formed integrally with the container body 1, and particularly, the central portion is formed to have an extremely thin thickness of 100 to 200 μm so that the sample collecting portion 5 can easily penetrate the thin film 2. A female screw 3 is formed on the inner wall of the container body 1 on the side of the open end 14 and is screwed into the male screw 7 on the outer wall of the sample collecting means 4. Since the sampling means 4 is capped on the container body 1, the screwed state can be easily confirmed from the outside.

The stool collection container is provided in the state as shown in FIG. 1, but first, the sampling means 4 is pierced in the stool to a depth at which all the grooves of the sampling portion 5 are hidden. Then, the sample collecting part 5 is inserted into the container body 1, and the male screw 7 of the sample collecting part 5 and the female screw 3 of the body container 1 are screwed together to seal the container body 1. In this state, the stool collection container can be sent to the hospital by mail or other method. At the hospital, the closing part 11 is twisted from the sent stool collection container, the hollow part of the nozzle 9 is opened, and the suspension liquid is dropped on a test paper or the like for inspection.

れの心配もなくなった。As is apparent from the above description, by adopting the stool collection container of the present invention, the stool collection container can be provided at a low cost because the number of parts is small and the manufacture is easy. In addition, by providing a thin film as a means for quantitatively collecting stool, the stool is pushed inside by the pressure applied to the concave part at the tip of the sampling part when penetrating the thin film, and excess stool is wiped off with the thin film and dissolved. There is no variation in the amount of feces supplied to the liquid storage chamber, and the reproducibility of inspection can be improved.
In addition, by adopting the connection between the female screw inside the main body container and the male screw on the outer circumference of the sampling means, the side surface of the main body container and the side surface of the sampling means are aligned if they are correctly connected, so it is easy to visually confirm the closing. Since it can be done without worrying about liquid leakage.
