【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、自動車用ドアのグラスラン取付構造に関す

考案が解決しようとする課題 上述したグラスラン取付構造の場合、チャンネル部5の
側壁内部に突部5a,5bを一体に形成するため、突部5a,5b
のコーナが鋭角的にならず丸みをおび、グラスラン4の
係止が弱くなるという難点がある。また、これに対処す
るために、突部5a,5bとこれに係合するグラスラン4の
係止代を大きくすると、グラスランの取付作業性が悪化

サッシュパネルの端末を折曲接合すると共に、前記チャ
ンネルの車内側の側壁の内側に、前記ドアサッシュパネ
ルの車内側側面を覆うサッシュカバーの端末を折曲掛着
して、前記グラスランをドアサッシュパネルとサッシュ

ドアサッシュパネルインナ9の外周面側(図中上側)に
はウエザーストリップ6を保持するリテーナ11が適宜溶
接等によって接合されており、このリテーナ11の車内側
の端部には係合溝11aが一体に形成されている。また、
ウエザーストリップ6は、ドア閉時にドア枠部(第1図
の場合、ルーフレールパネルアウタ12)に当接して、ド
アサッシュ部2の外周とドア枠部とをシールする。尚、
図中13は、ルーフレールパネルインナであり、14は、ル
ーフレールパネルアウタ12とルーフレールパネルインナ

考案の効果 以上のように本考案は、ドアサッシュ部をチャンネルと
ドアサッシュパネルとから構成して、チャンネルの車外
側の側壁の内側にドアサッシュパネルの端末を折曲接合
し、チャンネルの車内側の側壁の内側にサッシュカバー
の端末を折曲掛着し、グラスランをチャンネルの内部で
ドアサッシュパネルとサッシュカバーの鋭角的な各端末
で係止するようにしたので、グラスランをドアサッシュ
部に強固に取付けられるようになる。また、グラスラン
をチャンネルに嵌合した状態において、このチャンネル
の車内側の側壁の内側にサッシュカバーの折曲端末を掛
着するだけでグラスランをドアサッシュ部に取付けられ
るので、従来のものに比較して取付作業性が大幅に向上
する。さらに、チャンネルは、その側壁にグラスランを
係止するための突部を形成する必要がなく形状が単純化
するため、チャンネルの製造精度の向上を容易に図れる
