【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は管自動溶接機ヘツドに係り、複数のパイプ等が
互いに接近状態で固定されている空間に挿入し易い長さ
及び巾のケースにすることと、該ケースのパイプ挿入口
を傾斜角度を付して設け、さらにパイプ挿入口に突出す
る溶接パイプ用バイス対についても、ケース巾を増大せ

め、該支持具と、その支持具に取付けた溶接トーチを被
溶接パイプの周りで回転させるためのモータを収めると
共に、ヘツドハンドルを兼ねさせたモータケースdをケ
ースbの長軸方向の他側から突出して設け、パイプ挿入
口の形成基部の中心で該挿入口の形成方向共に直角にし
たバー形の一対のバイスe、eの各一端をケースbの内
部に設けた軸f、fにより揺動可能に支持し、ケースb
の短軸方向外側のハンドルgを回転させることにより可
逆回転するねじ棒hに設けてリード方向を反対にしたね
じi、iにより移動する移動子j、jに設けたピンl、
lを前記の各バイスに係合する構成になり、ケースbの
長軸方向の長さの合計長さが長くなりケースの短軸方向
の長さの合計長さも長くなるから、その各合計長さ程度

て設ける等の改良を加え、さらにバイス対もケースの巾
を小さくする改善を施すことにより課題を解決すること

プ挿入口6に合致させて楕円ケース3に回転自由に嵌
め、楕円ケース3の前記仮想円中心Oを中心とする第1
のパイプ挿入口6の前記の中心線(L1)と80°〜100°
で交叉する線(L2)上に、一側は第1、第2のパイプ挿
入口6、12に突出自在にして固定手段により固定し、他
側は楕円ケース3より外部のハンドルの回転操作により
前記の挿入口6、12に突出するバイス32、33からなる溶
接パイプ用バイス対31を設けたことを特徴とするもので

放したりするものであつて、連動バイス対の思想を捨

(作用及び効果) 本考案の溶接機ヘツドは第2図に示すように狭い空間部
にパイプPの群が設けてある場合でも楕円ケース3の第
1のパイプ挿入口6及びC形の溶接トーチ支持具11の第
2のパイプ挿入口12を前記楕円ケース3の長軸線Dの一
方の円弧縁を描く仮想円5の中心Oを中心とし、長軸線
Dに対して110°〜150°屈曲した斜め角に設けてあるの
で、第1、第2パイプ挿入口6、12を楕円ケース3の長
軸線Dと平行ではなく、第2図の矢線に示すように斜め
角で所要のパイプPに挿入できるから、狭い個所での管
溶接のための使用に適する。又、バイス対31は両側のバ
イス32、33を連動させるものではなく、楕円ケース3の
第1のパイプ挿入口6の中心線(L1)に対して80°〜10

体である楕円ケース3が小型になり、これに伴い各部と
小形化して軽量にできて、携帯とか溶接作業とかに軽量
