ある。そして、図1、2の母材部分では、図2にみるよ
うに、黒色部は空洞、灰色部はNiAl相、白色部はフ
ェライト相である。また、図3は、母材3の表面にアル
ミナ皮膜2が形成され、アルミナ皮膜2の上には保護N
i膜3のある構成を図示するものである。
