Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The title composition comprises a phosphate ester surfactant represented by formula I or II, wherein R1 to R3 represent each an 8 to 18C saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group; X and Y represent each hydrogen, alkali metal, ammonium, alkanolamine containing 2 to 3C hydroxyalkyl; and (l), (m) and (n) are each an integer of 0 to 10, and an isethionic acid surfactant represented by formula III, wherein R4 represents a saturated or unsaturated 9 to 17C hydrocarbon group; and Z represents X as defined above.
