【考案の詳細な説明】〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、水と研磨剤の混合スプレーを歯面に
噴射して歯面の付着物を除去清掃する歯面研磨装
着において、歯面研磨を効果的におこなうととも
に、歯面研磨時に噴霧が口の内外に飛散するのを

従来、歯面研磨装置を用い、水と研磨剤の混合

水や研磨剤を吸引、収集するようにしているが、
飛散が大きいので、なかなか思うようにいかず、
口の内外に飛散し、歯科治療台や歯科医の手元な
ども汚す結果となり、事後に清掃を要し、煩雑を
免れなかつた。また、とくに噴射ノズルの構造
上、水と研磨剤の混合スプレーの特定歯面への噴
射効率が必ずしも高くなく、集中噴射にやや欠け

ここにおいて本考案者は、かかる歯面研磨装置
を用いる際、噴霧が歯面に有効に噴射され、かつ
噴霧が口の内外に飛散するのを防止し易くする方
法について種々検討した結果、本考案を見出すに

すなわち、本考案は水と研磨剤の混合スプレー

面研磨装置の噴射ノズルの先端部に嵌合して使用
する、先端を切欠いた軟質管状体からなる歯面研
磨用噴射ノズル付属具を提供せんとするものであ

噴射ノズル付属具は、軟質管状体の先端の一部
をV字状やU字状などに切欠いたものを用い、管
状体を噴射ノズルの先端部に嵌合して一体とな

れによりスプレーを歯面の特定箇所に集中させる
ことができる。研磨作業を終えたスプレーは管状
体の切欠きより排出され、ほとんどが、すぐそば
に待機する吸引管により口外に排除される。軟質
管状体としては、研磨すべき歯面の箇所が見えた
ほうがより便利であるから、例えば、透明なシリ
コンゴムを使用することが望ましく、この場合、

と毎分4〜5g程度噴射し、歯面の研磨清掃をお
こない、その間、吸引管を併用して、スプレーの

与えることなく、スプレーを研磨すべき歯面の特
定箇所に効果的に集中させることができる。か
つ、不用となつたスプレーは口の内外にほとんど
飛散させることができる。本考案の軟質管状体か
らなる噴射ノズル付属具は製作が極めて容易であ
り、また極めて安価であるから、その効果と相俟
