【考案の詳細な説明】  本考案は効果的な冷却を行なえるようにした遠
心鋳造用金型に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a centrifugal casting mold that allows effective cooling.
  第1図に従来の遠心鋳造装置の一例を示す。第
2図は第1図の正面図である。  FIG. 1 shows an example of a conventional centrifugal casting apparatus. FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 1.
  1は金型、2はタイヤ部と呼ばれ、このタイヤ
部は金型1を支持すると共に、コロ5によつて金
型1に回転を与えるため、厚肉に補強されてい
る。6は軸受、7は駆動用のモーターであり、3
は砂型、4が製品となる部分である。8は金型1
の軸方向のタイヤ部2の移動を拘束するためのコ
ロである。9は端板で砂型の補強、溶湯の流れ出
し防止、保温効果などを有する。10は溶湯を型
内に導くトイであり、11が溶湯を入れたトリベ
である。12は冷却用シヤワーパイプで、冷却水
Wを噴霧して金型の保護と共に外面からの一方向

支持するだけでなく高速回転を与えるために広
巾、厚肉となるため、タイヤ部2内部の製品の冷
却速度が他の部分に比し遅れ、この結果、この部
分に高温割れなどの鋳造欠陥が集中してくること

  本考案はこの遠心鋳造金型のタイヤ部に集中す
る欠陥を防止することを目的とするもので、タイ
ヤ部に孔またはスリツトを設け、その部分に冷却
水を通過または浸入させることにより、タイヤ部
内部製品の凝固遅れの防止を計つたものである。  The purpose of this invention is to prevent defects that are concentrated in the tire part of this centrifugal casting mold.By providing holes or slits in the tire part and allowing cooling water to pass through or infiltrate the tire part.   タイヤ部に孔を設ける場合、金型1とタイヤ部
2の接続部に、金型1の軸方向の貫通孔を設け、

孔は円周方向に複数個設ける。第4図は孔への水
の浸入を容易にするために、孔を円周方向にδ分
だけ傾斜させた場合を示す。第5図は同様に水の
浸入を容易にするため入口にガイド孔15を設置
した場合であり、第6図はガイド孔15の側から

で設け、このスリツト中に冷却シヤワーパイプ1
2からの冷却水を浸入させてタイヤ部の冷却を促
進させるものである。スリツト巾a1、リブ巾a2は
材質、寸法により適宜決定するが、リブの倒れを
防止するためにリブ間に冷却水の浸入のじやまに
ならないようなスペーサーを取り付けることも可

スリツト巾a1リブ巾a2=10〜30mm程度が適当で
