It is widely used for architectural interiors, etc. The present invention relates to a method for producing a thermosetting resin decorative board having patterned birch with different gloss, which can enhance the design effect of the surface of the thermosetting resin decorative board used for these, and a forming sheet used therefor. It is something. <Prior art> As an imprinting sheet for forming an uneven shape on the surface of a thermosetting resin decorative board, there are two methods: ■ Embossed film, ■ Embossing a resin layer on a base sheet such as paper, etc. However, it is difficult to express fine details in both cases, and uneven shapes are formed on the surface of the decorative board, but basically the gloss is a uniform gloss of the film or resin layer, and patterns with different gloss are used. No pattern is formed. Furthermore, the surface of the decorative board feels rough to the touch, and contamination from the recesses is difficult to wipe off. In addition, the same applies to a mirror plate or a resin plate with an uneven shape because the uneven shape is actually applied. <Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for producing a thermosetting resin decorative board on which a surface does not have a rough texture that can be irritated by the touch, and has patterned patterns with different gloss. Provided is a method for manufacturing a shaped sheet used for.

and a laminated sheet (2) having a synthetic resin layer on the base sheet
By overlapping these synthetic resin layers in a softened state, patterned layers with different glosses are formed on this synthetic resin layer. Next, the invention of claim 2 provides that the patterned sheet is stacked on a resin-impregnated paper so that the pattern layer is in contact with the resin-impregnated paper, and then heated and pressure-molded, and after the resin of the resin-impregnated paper is cured. , provides a method for manufacturing a thermosetting resin decorative board, which is characterized by peeling off a transfer sheet. <Function> The printing sheet (1) is required to have a matte surface with a depth of 1 to 5 μm in order to have a surface that is not rough to the touch. In the present invention, a pattern is formed by printing on either a glossy surface or a non-glossy surface. For details, see ■A method of printing a matte pattern on a high-gloss base sheet using ink containing a matting agent such as silica. ■A method of printing a high-gloss pattern on a matte base sheet using the kneading method or sandblasting method.

For these reasons, the synthetic resin layer@ is easily peeled off from the printed sheet (1) and the surface of the decorative material, softens when layered with the printed sheet (1), and can reproduce patterns with different glosses with high accuracy; It is necessary to maintain the shape during production of the material and to easily release it from the surface of the decorative material. For example, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin, polymethylpentene resin, etc. can be used.

製造に最適である。Melamine decorative board is made by integrating bunker paper, core gi, resin-impregnated paper, and overlay gi by curing melamine resin or phenolic resin, and a stone grain pattern with different gloss is precisely formed on its surface. It was. <Test Example 2> As shown in Figure 3, a bias pattern was applied to a matte polyester film θ1) with a thickness of 25μ by the kneading method. After adding 9 parts of sulfonic acid, a solvent was added and printed to form a high gloss pattern (1a) with a thickness of 3 μm. A polypropylene resin was extruded and laminated to a thickness of 15μ at an extrusion temperature of 290'C onto Ichiwi {L Otsuji'' paper with a basis weight of 60g/rd. When the temperature of the polypropylene resin reached approximately 70 to 110'C, the printed sheet (1) was pressed and cooled while being pressed between a nip roll and a cooling roll. After sufficiently cooling, only the printed sheet was peeled off to produce a shaped sheet. The polypropylene resin layer of the imprinting sheet faithfully reproduced the shape of the printed sheet (1), which was an inversion of the pattern pattern with different gloss. 121III1 verticle board, in order on the lower heating plate.
A black titanium paper with a basis weight of 80 g/rrf was impregnated with diallyl phthalate resin, and a molding sheet was stacked on top of the other, and heated and pressed using upper and lower heating plates. Heating was performed at a maximum temperature of 130°C, a pressure of 10 kg/n, and a time of 10 minutes. When the pressure was released and taken out, a diallyl phthalate resin decorative board with a bias line pattern with different gloss on its surface was obtained. <Effects> As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to produce a shaped sheet having patterns with different glossiness, and the resulting shaped sheet has only a difference in height to the extent that it does not feel rough to the touch. It is ideal for producing cosmetic materials that are resistant to anger and easy to wipe away from contamination.
