Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively and easily manufacture a molded piece having resin molded parts at both sides through at least part of a thin film by providing an opening in the thin porous film being nonporous or having 100mum or less of opening diameter, and injection molding resin through the opening from one side of the film. CONSTITUTION:An opening 8 which becomes a resin passage is provided in a thin porous film 6 being nonporous or having 100mum or less of opening diameter. The film 6 is interposed between a metal mold 3 and a core pin 4, and resin is injection molded from one side of the film 6 through the opening 8. Then, since it has a structure that the resins at both sides of the film 6 are fed through the opening 8, even if the film 6 is thin, a resin molded piece 2 can be molded at both sides of the film 6 without imparting a deformation to the film 6. Since the film 6 is interposed between the mold 3 and the pin 4, the deformation of the film at the time of injection molding is eliminated.

Such resin molded products have a structure in which the resin on both sides of the thin film can pass through the openings, so even if the film is thin, the resin forming parts are integrally formed on both sides of the thin film without deforming the film. Molding can be carried out without such problems as shown in FIG. 5.6.
