Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce lease dividing work, by leasing healdtwines on two lease dividing pipes arranged parallel, operating a lease pushing plate and lease dividing rod positioned therebetween with an air cylinder, separating and taking out the healdtwines. CONSTITUTION:Healdtwines 11 are leased on lease diving pipes 3 and 3 and a lease pushing plate 2 is arranged behind the healdtwines viewed from a lease taking out direction. A sliding rod 5 is moved forward with an air cylinder to lightly tap the healdtwines with the lease pushing plate and eliminate entanglement of the healdtwines. The sliding rod 4 is then moved with the air cylinder to bring the lease pushing rod 1 to a healdtwine 13 next to the healdtwine 12 to be taken out and rotated from the oblique upper to the oblique lower sides along the healdtwine 13 and inserted into the back side of the healdtwine 12. The rod 4 is moved forward to push the healdtwine 12 with the lease diving rod 1 forward. Thereby, the healdtwine 12 is successively taken out.

Detailed Description of the Invention "Industrial Application Field" The present invention relates to fiber manufacturing, in which the warp threads wound around a work beam are pulled out and passed through a belt, a reed, a dropper, etc., and then passed through a loom to be woven. The present invention relates to a device and a method for automatically performing twill division in drawing in warp threads.

``Prior Art'' Conventionally, warp threads were drawn in using a drawing tool, manually passed through a dropper and belt one by one, and then several warp threads were brought together and manually threaded through the reed feathers. All of these tasks were manual and inefficient. In addition, some manual work has been mechanized, but none of them are efficient.
It wasn't quite satisfactory.

"Means for solving problems" 1. Two twill pipes arranged in parallel and twilled with twill threads 3
, 3 and this vibrator, there is a sliding rod on the back side of the twill thread as seen from the twill take-out direction, one end of which is connected to the operating side of the air cylinder 9, and the other end of which is provided with the twill push plate 2. 5, one end is connected to the actuating part of the air cylinder 8, and the other end is provided with a spatula-shaped twill rod 1 on the winding side of the twill yarn when viewed from the twill take-out direction. This automatic twilling device is comprised of a sliding rotating rod 4 whose rod moves to a twilling position, and each air cylinder is housed in a gauge 6 which is detachably fixed to a twilling pipe.

2. At the twill portion of the twill yarn, connect the twill yarn to two twill portion pipes 3.
3, twill one by one or several twill threads at a time, take out the twill thread, and connect one end of the twill thread, which is placed on the back side of the twill thread when viewed from the direction, to the actuating part of the air cylinder 9. Extend the sliding rod 5 with the twill pusher 7 plate 2 arranged at the other end,
The twill is struck in the take-out direction with the twill pushing plate 2 to eliminate twill entanglements, and then one end, which is placed on the back side of the twill when viewed from the twill take-out direction, is connected to the actuating part of the air cylinder 8. The thread-like twill part connected to the other end of the sliding rotating rod is removed by moving the rod 1 from the front when viewed from the twill removal direction to a lower position of the twill of the first twill thread to be taken out. The rod 1 is brought into contact with the twill thread following the first twill thread to be taken out, rotated diagonally from upward to downward along this twill thread, and inserted behind the twill thread to be taken out. The twill thread is moved in the twill extraction direction to separate and take out the twill thread, and then the twill pushing plate 2 is moved again to strike the twill thread, and the twill rod 1 is kept in the same state from the position where the twill thread was taken out. An automatic twill separation method in which the next twill thread to be taken out is moved until it hits the next twill thread, and the same action is repeated one after another to automatically take out the twill thread.

このような特別な構成により、綾糸は順次必要本数づつ

With this special configuration, the twill threads are automatically separated into the necessary number of threads in sequence, and the only work left to do is to thread the threads through the reed feathers, which can greatly reduce the number of workers involved.

``Function'' In the automatic twilling machine configured as described above, the twilling is done by lightly hitting the twill thread that has been put on the vibrator with a twill pushing plate placed on the back side of the twill thread when viewed from the take-out direction. ,
The twill binding of the twill yarn is eliminated, and the twill yarn becomes easy to take out.

これが本発明の一つの大きな特徴的作用である。This is one major characteristic effect of the present invention.

After striking the twill yarn with the twill pushing plate, the twill bar is moved in the direction of the twill yarn to a lower rear position and brought into contact with the twill yarn next to the twill yarn to be removed. If you rotate the rod from diagonally upward to diagonally downward, the thread will hang on the twill, so by rotating along the abutting thread, the twill will move forward The twill rod is inserted behind the twill thread to be taken out.
