In Fig. 4, 1 is a small sealed box installed outdoors, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are the small sealed box 1, and the space between the small sealed box 1 and the sealed box 1 is located on the front, back, left, right side, and top surface of the outer periphery of the small sealed box 1. A light shielding plate 7 is fixed with a gap that forms an air flow path 8 to prevent the intrusion of radiant heat from sunlight, and 7 is a vertical cooling fin for cooling the heating element inside the sealed housing 1. It is arranged between the housing 1 and the light shielding plate 2. Also, arrow 9
, 10 indicate the flow direction of the cooling air on the inlet side and the outlet side. Next, the operation of the conventional outdoor natural air cooling case configured as described above will be explained. With the entrance between the lower edge of the light shielding plate 2 and the lower part of the sealed housing 1, outside air serving as cooling air is passed through the air flow path 8, and is passed along the surface of the fin 7 attached to the heating element provided inside the sealed housing 1. The fins 7 are cooled by flowing from the bottom to the top, and the air after cooling the fins 7 is released into the outside air through an outlet between the upper edge of the light shielding plate and the sealed housing 1,
The heating element is cooled by natural ventilation by the fins 7.

置の自然空冷筐体を得ることを目的としている。A conventional natural air-cooled enclosure for outdoor installation is constructed as described above, and consists of a flat plate with one light shielding plate on each side to prevent the intrusion of radiant heat from sunlight, and fins and fins on the entrance side of the air flow path. Cooling air must flow from below into the space between the shading plate and the air flow path on the inlet side that flows along the surface of the fins is extremely narrow, ensuring sufficient space for natural ventilation of the cooling air. However, there was a problem in that the cooling effect of the fins was significantly reduced. This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and by adding simple processing to the light shielding plate, the surface of the window can be improved without impairing the function of the light shielding plate to block sunlight. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a naturally air-cooled casing for outdoor installation, which can secure a sufficient amount of cooling air flowing through the fins and improve the cooling effect of the fins.

The amount of cooling air required for natural cooling can be secured.

Numerals 5 and 6 are light shielding plates, and 7 is a cooling fin provided on the front wall of the sealed casing 1, and the configuration of each part is the same as that of the conventional one shown in FIG. 4. In this embodiment, a louver 11 has horizontally elongated holes 11a formed in a plurality of upper and lower stages on a single flat plate, and cut-and-raised pieces 11b whose upper sides are connected to each other and which are respectively protruded diagonally outward. A light shielding plate 2 provided at a position facing the cooling fins 7 is fixed to the front surface of the outer periphery of the sealed housing 1 via an air flow path 8. Note that the arrow 12 indicates the flow direction of the cooling air flowing into the air flow path 8 from the long hole 11a, and the arrows 9 and 10 indicate the inlet side. Indicates the direction of flow of cooling air on the outlet side. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. As shown in FIG. 2, the cooling air on the inlet side that passes through the fins 7 attached to the sealed housing 1 is not only the cooling air on the inlet side that flows in from the lower surface of the fins 7 in the past, but also the cooling air from the long holes 11a. Since the air flows in, the amount of air flowing along the surface of the fins 7 increases, and the cooling efficiency of the fins 7 improves. Further, since the cut-and-raised piece 11b serves to block sunlight, even if the elongated hole 11a is formed, the effect of preventing radiant heat from sunlight from entering the fin 7 does not decrease compared to the conventional one. In the above embodiment, the direction of the cut-and-raised piece 11b was set to the outside, that is, the direction away from the surface of the fin 7, but in this invention, as shown in FIG. Even if the surface direction is 7, the same effect as that of the above embodiment can be obtained.

いう効果がある。As explained above, according to the present invention, the louver is formed on the light shielding plate so as to face the cooling fins, so the light shielding plate can be manufactured at low cost by simple processing of providing long holes and cut pieces on one flat plate. At the same time, compared to conventional fins, the amount of cooling air flowing on the surface of the fins can be increased by the amount of outside air flowing into the air flow path through the louver, improving the cooling effect, and further reducing the amount of radiant heat from sunlight. This has the effect of providing a naturally air-cooled enclosure that can be installed outdoors without deteriorating its intrusion prevention function.
