Description

Translated fromJapanese

The present invention relates to a mask for covering the face.

A towel mask with built-in sweat-promoting polyester, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, is known. Previously, such masks were only intended to promote sweating during sauna bathing or to relieve breathlessness.

Utility Model Registration No. 3228966

Conventional techniques only address the area around the face, and are unable to address the entire body. In view of this, Patent Document 2 provides a towel with a face mask section that addresses not only the area around the face, but also the chest.
Patent Document 2 uses terry cloth to fully utilize the inherent characteristics and functions of a towel, with a rectangular towel body equipped with left and right ear loops that can be worn on the human body and are configured to cover the mouth between the ears, so that it functions as a face mask, further expanding the range of use and allowing the body to be covered.
In addition, this towel is very excellent in that it has a rubber loop that can be fixed to the wrist, and is also equipped with an auxiliary ear strap, taking into consideration what to do if the ear strap breaks, but we would like to provide a towel with a face mask part that makes the face mask part even more comfortable to wear.
However, with the towel of Patent Document 2, the face mask portion does not fit the face sufficiently.

The towel with a face mask portion of the present invention is a towel with a mask portion formed on one side in the length direction, and is characterized in that a nose pad portion is formed on the upper back side of the mask portion in the center of the length direction.

The present invention allows the towel to be configured to combine the functions of a towel and a mask, improving the fit of the face mask.

FIG. 1 shows a left ear rubber 6 and a right ear rubber 7 attached to one side to the left of the center line 15 on the back of a long, thin towel body 1. When the left ear rubber 6 is placed over the left ear and the right ear rubber 7 is placed over the right ear, the towel can be worn on the face, covering the nose and mouth between the ears, creating a face mask portion on the towel body 1.
The towel body 1 can be hung from behind the neck, and the face mask part 1-1 can be worn on the face.
Here, the face mask part 1-1 created at one end of the towel body 1 will be described as the mask part 1-1.
To make it easier to breathe through the mask part 1-1 and to make it comfortable against the skin, create a nose pad 14 on the mask part 1-1. The upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 is folded over on the surface that touches the face.
The nose pad 14 is explained in detail in FIG.

The present invention will now be described in detail.
The size of the towel body 1 is determined by the upper and lower horizontal edges 4 and 5 that connect the right and left vertical edges 2 and 3 horizontally.
The length of the upper edge 4 and lower edge 5 of the width is about 80 cm to 110 cm, or about 90 cm to 110 cm, for example about 100 cm to 110 cm.
The right edge 2 and left edge 3, which vertically connect the upper edge 4 and lower edge 5, are approximately 20 cm to 30 cm in size.
The top edge 4 and bottom edge 5 are the same length, and the right edge 2 and left edge 3 are the same length.
If you place the area around center line 15 on the back of towel body 1 behind your neck and let it hang forward from both shoulders so that the back of towel body 1 follows your body, it will have a width that allows it to hang forward approximately 20 cm or more from the right shoulder to the left edge in three directions, and from the left shoulder to the right edge in two directions.
The material and length of the left ear band 6 and right ear band 7 are made of elastic cloth or rubber, such as urethane, polyurethane, silicone, nylon, polyester, etc., and are soft, stretchy, comfortable to the touch, and easy to put on the ears.
The length of the ear straps or ear rubber that go around the ears is approximately 5 cm to 15 cm, or 8 cm to 12 cm. For example, if they are around 10 cm long and attached to mask part 1-1 with both ends of the attachment width being approximately 1 cm, the total length of the ear straps or ear rubber will be approximately 12 cm.
The thickness and width are elastic enough so that they do not dig into your ears or cause pain, and they come in diameters of around 2mm to 7mm - for example, around 5mm in diameter - and are available in flat elastic, round elastic, knitted elastic, horizontally wrapped elastic, mask elastic, etc., round, flat, oval, etc. shapes, as well as round string or belt string shapes.

For the purposes of this explanation, we will use flat ear straps with a total length of the left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 of approximately 12 cm and a diameter of approximately 5 mm.
When making mask part 1-1, attach the ear band from the left 6.
The mask portion 1-1 is made with the left edge hanging forward from the right shoulder in three directions so that it can be quickly put on the face when the towel body 1 is hung around the back of the neck around the center line 15 and hung forward from both shoulders.
The left ear rubber 6 is attached near the upper left corner on one side of the center line 15 on the back of the towel body 1.
Attach the right ear rubber 7, leaving a distance equal to the width of an adult's face.
The relative positions of the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 will be explained in detail later.
The left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 are attached by sewing, stitching, fusing, welding, gluing, etc. at connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 and connection parts 19d and 20e of the right ear rubber 7 so that they will not come off even if pulled hard.
Here, we will explain the case where the tips of the left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 are attached approximately 1 cm apart from each other to the mask part 1-1.

Here, we will explain how to attach the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 when they are all sewn together.

The mask portion 1-1 is integrated with the towel body 1, is a part of the towel body 1, is located within the towel body 1, and the back side of the towel body 1 is the surface that is worn on the face, and is located to the left of one side of the center line 15 of the back side of the towel body 1.
The back surface of towel body 1 becomes the back surface of mask part 1-1, so for ease of understanding, we will refer to the back surface of mask part 1-1 as back surface A of mask part 1-1.

The size of mask portion 1-1, when viewed from the back of towel body 1, can be represented by lines connecting the edges, for example, from the corner where left edge 3 and upper edge 4 intersect, proceed to the right of upper edge 4 toward center line 15, and from the attachment position of right ear elastic 7, proceed further to the right along upper edge 4 for about 8 cm toward center line 15 so that mask portion 1-1 covers the entire right ear, then proceed downward at a right angle toward lower edge 5, and from the point where lower edge 5 lands, proceed left along lower edge 5 toward left edge 3, and from the corner where lower edge 5 intersects with left edge 3, proceed upward along left edge 3 toward upper edge 4. When the corner where left edge 3 and upper edge 4 intersect is connected, a line goes all the way around to form a rectangle or quadrilateral.
The vertical connecting line is the vertical width of mask section 1-1.
The line connecting horizontally is the width of mask section 1-1.
The area of the mask part 1-1 is approximately one-quarter to one-third the area of the towel body 1.
Attach the connection part 17b of the left ear rubber 6 to the upper edge 4 on the left edge 3 side of the back surface A of the mask part 1-1.
Once the attachment point of connection part 17b of left ear rubber 6 has been determined, the attachment point of connection part 18c can be determined vertically, leaving a gap of approximately 5 cm around the base of the ear, so that it can be placed over the left ear, depending on the structure of the human face.
The relative positions of the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 are as follows: after attaching connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 to the mask part 1-1, attach connection parts 19d and 20e of the right ear rubber 7 parallel to and at the same height as the left ear rubber 6 toward the center line 15, leaving a gap the width of an adult's front face.
The connection portion 17b of the left ear rubber 6 and the connection portion 19d of the right ear rubber 7 rest on the upper part of the left and right ears, and the connection portion 18c of the left ear rubber 6 and the connection portion 20e of the right ear rubber 7 rest on the lower part of the left and right ears.
The average width of an adult's face in front is estimated to be around 14 cm to 17 cm, and the average width of an adult's face in front, from the base of the right ear to the base of the left ear, is estimated to be around 24 cm to 27 cm.
When mask part 1-1 is fitted from right ear to left ear to fit the contours of the front of the face, since each person has different bone structure, fleshiness, nose height, ear position, etc., when the width of the attachment positions of left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 is set at a distance of approximately 27 cm, even if the size of mask part 1-1 and the face differs slightly, the ear straps of left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 will stretch and contract to adjust the distance and width between mask part 1-1 and the face.
When wearing the mask part 1-1 on your face, if the attachment width of the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 is too narrow or too wide compared to the position of your left and right ears, it may not be possible to wear it on your face or it may be uncomfortable to wear. Therefore, for example, if the length of the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 is set to about 20 cm to 30 cm and attached to the mask part 1-1, it can be tied into a loop or the length can be adjusted using an auxiliary tool for adjusting the length, such as an adjuster or a bead fastener, and the length of the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 can be further fine-tuned to a size that is convenient for you.
Due to the structure of the human face, the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 that go around the left and right ears are made into a pair.
When wearing the mask part 1-1 on the face, the ear straps that connect the mask part 1-1 to the face are essential for wearing the mask part 1-1 on the face. Depending on the way, position, height, direction, etc. of the ear straps, it may be easier to hook your fingers on the ear straps and to put the ear straps around your ears.
The left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 are attached to both the left and right ears with the same height and position, and we will mainly use the left ear rubber 6 to explain in detail the various types of ear strap lengths, attachment positions, and attachment widths in enlarged detail in Figures 2-1 to 2-8.

FIG. 2-1 is an enlarged view illustrating the details of the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 on the back surface A of the mask part 1-1.
The attachment position of connection part 17b of the left ear rubber 6 is within a radius of 5 cm from the corner where upper edge 4 near the upper left side of the back surface A of mask part 1-1 and left edge 3 intersect.
The attachment position of connection part 18c of the left ear rubber 6 is within a radius of 15 cm from the corner where the upper edge 4 and the left edge 3 intersect.
Place the tips of connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 facing each other and attach them vertically so that they are parallel to the left edge 3, leaving a gap of about 5 cm around the base of the ear.
The left ear elastic 6 is shaped like a ring, and there is a space between it and the mask part 1-1 so that it can be hung around the ear.
For example, the connection part 17b of the left ear rubber 6 is attached approximately 2 cm from the upper edge 4 and approximately 1 cm from the left edge 3, and approximately 1 cm vertically to the mask part 1-1.
If the connection part 17b is attached too close to the upper edge 4, the upper edge 4 will get into the eyes when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, and if it is attached too close from the left edge 3 to the inside of the mask part 1-1, the left edge 3 will go over the ear when the mask part is worn on the face, which could be dangerous as it blocks the ear and makes it impossible to hear sounds, so it is preferable to attach it in a position that does not completely cover the left ear.
The connection part 18c should be attached approximately 1 cm vertically, approximately 7 cm from the top edge and approximately 1 cm from the left edge.
The left ear rubber 6 attached in a ring shape should have enough space to easily hook your fingertips around it. For example, if there is enough height between mask part 1-1 and left ear rubber 6 to comfortably fit one finger, and enough width to comfortably fit the tips of three fingers (index finger, middle finger, and ring finger), then it will be easy to hook your fingertips around the left ear rubber 6 and put it over your ear.
If you set the length of the left ear rubber 6 to about 20 cm to 30 cm and use an auxiliary tool for tying it into a loop or adjusting the length, such as an adjuster or bead fastener, you can adjust the length of the left ear rubber 6 further to fine-tune it to a size that is convenient for you.
The right ear rubber 7 is attached to the mask part 1-1 symmetrically to the left ear rubber 6.

Ordinary towels and muffler towels have a sewn part called a hem on both the left and right ends when the towel is placed on its side, to make the towel last longer and to prevent fraying during washing. These are the right edge 2 and the left edge 3. The hem is an important part that affects the strength of the towel, and is folded and sewn, making it thick.
If you use the thick and sturdy hem part 3-1 and place the left ear rubber 6 vertically inside the hem 3-1 so that it sits on top of the hem 3-1, using the left edge 3 as a guide, you can attach it straight and parallel to the left edge 3 without it twisting.
The left ear rubber 6 can be attached onto the hem 3-1.
Some types of towels do not have hems, but generally the width of a hem is around 8mm to 2cm5mm.

Fig. 2-2 shows another method of attaching the left ear rubber 6 to the mask part 1-1 near the left edge 3. Two holes 17c and 18d with a diameter of about 7 mm are opened inside the hem 3-1, spaced about 5 cm apart from the base of the ear, and the opened holes are treated with an overlock or other method to prevent fraying. An elastic string 6-1 for the left ear rubber 6 is passed through the holes to make a loop and both ends are tied or sewn together. In this case, the length of the left ear rubber 6 is set to about 20 cm to 30 cm, and the length of the left ear rubber 6 can be adjusted to fit the width of the face or the size of the ears using an auxiliary tool for adjusting the length, such as an adjuster or bead fastener, to create a mask part 1-1 that can be further fine-tuned to a size that is convenient for the wearer.
The left ear band 6-1, which has holes drilled directly into the mask part 1-1 and has the front and back A of the mask part 1-1 passed through it, pulls and tightens the front of the mask part 1-1 when it is placed over the ear, so that the area around the base of the ear fits snugly to the face.
The positions of holes 17c and 18d of the left ear rubber 6 should be within a radius of 15 cm from the corner where the upper edge 4 and the left edge 3 intersect, as in Figure 2-1.
Because the fabric is thick above hem 3-1 of left edge 3, make a hole near hem 3-1 of left edge 3 of soft mask part 1-1. For example, hole 17c is located about 3 cm from top edge 4 and about 3 cm from left edge 3.
In addition, softer fabrics will tighten nicely when pulled by the ear loops, and will be less likely to leave gaps between your face and mask part 1-1.
When the left ear elastic 6 is placed around the ear, the ear strap 6-1 is pulled so as to shrink the mask part 1-1 vertically in front of the ear, so that it is spaced apart from the upper edge 4 by the amount of vertical shrinkage.
Also, since the mask part 1-1 shrinks vertically, the distance between holes 17c and 18d, which are spaced about 5 cm apart at the base of the ears, is increased to about 6 to 8 cm. In this case, the ear straps are also lengthened by the increased distance between holes 17c and 18d, to, for example, about 15 cm.
By moving holes 17c and 18d further apart, the ear straps will also be longer.
As another example of use, for example, when the knot of the left ear rubber 6 is released, it becomes a single ear string 6-1, so by pulling the left ear rubber 6, the part extending from the hole 17c is lengthened and the part extending from the hole 18d is shortened, and then it is tied tightly on the hole 18d side. The left ear rubber 6 is now attached to the mask part 1-1 in the form of a single string, and the right ear rubber 7 is given the same shape.
That is, the right ear rubber 7-1 is passed through holes 19e and 20f and tied.
By tying the tips of the left ear band 6 and the right ear band 7 together, it can be wrapped around the back of the head and the mask part 1-1 can be worn on the face.
The ear straps should be about 30-40cm long so that they can be tied around the back of the head.
You can also lower it down to your neck and hang it from your neck.

Figure 2-3 shows the case where connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are attached side-by-side to the hem 3-1 of the left edge 3 with a gap of about 5 cm between them, like the ear straps of a typical nonwoven mask. This has the familiar ear strap shape, and the left ear rubber 6 protrudes outward from the left edge 3, making it easy to hook it around your finger and quickly put it over your ear.
The attachment positions of the connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are the same as in Figure 2-1.
The left ear rubber 6 protrudes outward from the left edge 3, so that the total length of the left ear rubber 6 is approximately 12 cm. If both ends are attached approximately 1 cm to the mask part 1-1, the attachment positions of the connection parts 17b and 18c will come into contact with the side of the face when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face.
To improve the fit of the mask part 1-1 to the face or to wear the mask part 1-1 close to the left ear, move the connection parts 17b and 18c slightly toward the inside of the mask part, for example, attach them at a position about 3 cm from the left edge.
The length of the left ear rubber 6 can be set to around 20cm to 30cm, and by tying it into a loop or using an auxiliary tool for adjusting the length, such as an adjuster or bead fastener, you can further fine-tune the length of the left ear rubber 6 to a size that is convenient for you.
The right ear rubber 7 is attached to the mask part 1-1 symmetrically to the left ear rubber 6.

Figure 2-4 shows the case where the tips of connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are facing toward the left edge 3, with a gap of approximately 5 cm between the base of the ear, and attached side by side to the hem 3-1 of the left edge 3, so that the ear straps of a typical nonwoven mask are facing toward the inside of the mask part 1-1. The left ear rubber 6 contained within the mask part 1-1 is difficult to see from the outside even when the towel body 1 is placed around the back of the neck around the center line 15 and hung forward from both shoulders in the directions of right edge 2 and left edge 3, so it just looks like a long, thin towel is being placed around the neck, but it does have the function of a mask, and the left ear rubber 6 attached near the left edge 3 is easy to hook onto your fingers and quickly put over your ear.
The attachment positions of the connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are the same as in Figure 2-1.
Since connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are attached about 1 cm toward the inside of mask part 1-1, when putting it over the ears, it will be folded back toward the outside. To accommodate this, the length of the left ear rubber 6 that was initially decided to be about 12 cm in total will be extended by about 1 cm at each end, making the total length about 14 cm.
The length of the left ear rubber 6 should be around 20cm to 30cm, and you can further fine-tune it to a size that is convenient for you by adjusting the length of the left ear rubber 6 using auxiliary tools such as an adjuster or bead fastener that can be used to tie it into a loop or adjust the length.
The right ear rubber 7 is attached to the mask part 1-1 symmetrically to the left ear rubber 6.

Figure 2-5 shows the case where the length of the left ear rubber 6 in Figure 2-4 is set to approximately 20 cm to 30 cm, and the tips of connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are attached side-by-side to the hem 3-1 of the left edge 3 with a gap of approximately 5 cm at the base of the ear, facing the left edge 3 so that the ear strap faces the inside of the mask part 1-1. Since the length of the left ear rubber 6 increases the weight, by attaching connection parts 17b and 18c longer, for example by attaching connection parts 17b and 18c approximately 2 cm apart to the mask part 1-1, the mask can be fixed firmly and there is a sense of stability when worn on the face.
Fold the left ear elastic 6 over so that it overlaps in the middle to make it easier to tie.
By changing the position of the knot, you can adjust the length of the left ear elastic 6, allowing you to fine-tune it to a comfortable ear width.
You can also adjust the length of the left ear elastic (6) by using an auxiliary tool for adjusting the length, such as an adjuster or bead fastener.
Since the knot is contained within the mask section 1-1, there is less risk of the ear straps getting tangled with other objects.
The attachment positions of the connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are the same as in Figure 2-1.
The right ear rubber 7 is attached to the mask part 1-1 symmetrically to the left ear rubber 6.

In Fig. 2-6, the length of the left ear rubber 6 is about 20 cm to 30 cm, and the tip of the left ear rubber 6 faces the hem 3-1 of the left edge 3, leaving a gap of about 5 cm at the base of the ear. The tip of the left ear rubber 6 is oriented vertically and parallel to the left edge 3, and the center part of the left ear rubber 6 is folded back within a range of 35 to 90 degrees toward the inside of the mask part 1-1, and the folded parts are attached together at connection parts 17b and 18c.
The folded parts overlap diagonally, and the thickness of the overlapping ear straps creates a raised height between mask part 1-1 and left ear rubber 6, making it easier for your fingers to grasp the ear straps.
It can be attached to a flat surface along the center of the mask part 1-1. The left ear strap 6 fits inside the mask part 1-1, reducing the risk of the ear strap getting tangled with other objects.
The left ear rubber 6, which is attached by folding back the connection parts 17b and 18c diagonally, has a directional property to the left and right, and allows flexibility in the movement of the left and right. When the ear strap becomes easy to move, the left ear rubber 6 moves according to the movement of the face, so the ear is not pulled by the left ear rubber 6, and the ear is less likely to hurt.
By tying the left ear rubber 6 into a loop to fit the width of your face or the size of your ears, or by adjusting the length of the left ear rubber 6 using an auxiliary tool for adjusting the length, such as an adjuster or bead fastener, you can create a mask part 1-1 that can be fine-tuned to a size that is convenient for you.
The attachment positions of the connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are the same as in Figure 2-1.
The right ear rubber 7 is attached to the mask part 1-1 symmetrically to the left ear rubber 6.

Figure 2-7 shows an example of how to tie the left ear elastic 6 in Figure 2-6 into a loop and adjust the length of the ear strap to adjust the mask part 1-1 to fit various sizes of face widths.
By changing the tying position, you can increase or decrease the space between the left ear elastic 6 and the mask part 1-1, thereby changing the size.
If the position where the connection parts 17b and 18c are attached is narrower or wider than the width of your face or ears, you can adjust the length by tying the knot of the left ear rubber 6 closer or farther away from the mask part 1-1.
In addition, adjust the right ear rubber 7 symmetrically with the left ear rubber 6.

In Figure 2-8, the length of the left ear rubber 6 is about 50 cm, and the tip of the left ear rubber 6 is placed facing the hem 3-1 of the left edge 3, leaving a gap of about 5 cm at the base of the ear.
The tip of the left ear rubber 6 is oriented vertically and parallel to the left edge 3, and the center part of the left ear rubber 6 is folded back within a range of 35 to 90 degrees toward the inside of the mask part 1-1, and the folded back parts are attached together at the connection parts 17b and 18c.
The attachment positions of the connection parts 17b and 18c of the left ear rubber 6 are the same as in Figure 2-1.
Cut the middle of the left ear rubber 6 continuing from connection parts 17b and 18c in half to divide the left ear rubber 6 in two equal parts.
The part 6 extending from the connection part 17b and the part 6 extending from the connection part 18c are connected together, or an adjuster is used to adjust the part 6 to fit the width of your face or the size of your ears.
Similarly, the middle of the right ear rubber 7, which continues from the connection portion 19d and the connection portion 20e, is cut in half to divide the right ear rubber 7 in two equal parts.
The part 7 extending from the connection part 19d and the part 7 extending from the connection part 20e are tied together, or an adjuster is used to adjust the part 7 to fit the width of your face or the size of your ears.
By tying the ear loops 6, 7 at the connection part 17b of the left ear rubber 6 and the connection part 19d of the right ear rubber 7 and putting it over the head and lowering it down to the neck, the mask part 1-1 can be hung from the neck, covering the area around the neck, hiding the chest area, providing protection from the cold and sun, and allowing you to run without worrying about it being blown away by the wind.
When you raise the mask part 1-1 up to the ear position, the ear straps will go around the top of both ears and the back of the head, allowing you to wear the mask part 1-1 on your face.
Furthermore, by tying the ear straps 6, 7 of the connection part 18c of the left ear rubber 6 and the connection part 20e of the right ear rubber 7, when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the ear straps 6, 7 will have one ear strap from the top of each ear and one from the bottom of each ear, so that the two ear straps from each ear can go around the back of the head, stabilizing the mask part 1-1.
The primary purpose of the left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 is to attach the mask part to the face, so as long as it enables the mask part 1-1 to be attached to the face, any connection point, connection direction, and connection method are acceptable.

FIG. 3-1 shows the nose pad 14 attached to the back surface A of the mask part 1-1.
FIG. 3-2 is a cross-sectional view of the nose pad 14 as seen from the side.
We will now explain the nose pad 14 in detail.
Ordinary towels and muffler towels have stitching called "mimi" at the top and bottom edges to prevent the fabric from fraying when the towel is laid out on its side. These are the upper edge 4 and the lower edge 5.
Depending on the type of towel, some may not have selvedge, but generally the width of the selvedge is around 3mm to 1cm.
When mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the edge of upper edge 4 touches the bridge of the nose and cheeks, but the edge of the towel fabric may feel hard and rough against the skin.
Also, when you want to quickly put the left ear elastic 6 over your left ear, there are times when the hard part of the upper edge 4 of the ear may get caught in your eye.
When wearing the mask part 1-1 on the face, a nose pad 14 is created to improve comfort and usability.
Create a nose pad 14 between the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 of the mask part 1-1.
Fold the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 between the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 about 5 mm to 1 cm in a semicircular fashion around the middle of the ear part, onto the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, and then attach the folded part or sew the underside of the folded part to the connecting part 16a to create the nose pad 14.

When folding the upper edge 4 toward the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, do not fold it so that it is within the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 in a semicircle, but fold it horizontally in a straight line outward from the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7. In particular, if the left ear rubber 6 side is folded all the way to the left edge 3, the thick part of the hem 3-1 on the left edge 3 will become twice as thick. When worn on the face, thickness will be created on the sides of the face between the eyes and ears and above the ears, making the face appear larger, reducing visibility, and making it difficult for people who wear glasses to wear them, so do not fold it all the way to the left edge 3.
The nose pad portion 14 is formed within the mask portion 1-1, that is, between the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7, so as to form a semicircle on the upper edge 4.
For example, fold the ear part of the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 where the bridge of the nose touches toward the back A of the mask part 1-1 by about 1 cm, and gradually make the folded part shallower toward the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 on both sides. When it reaches about 5 mm, sew the underside of the folded part to the connecting part 16a to attach it.
Furthermore, the folded portion may be gradually made shallower so that it connects to the upper edge 4 and the lower part of the folded portion may be sewn to the connecting portion 16a to attach it.

Also, as shown in FIG. 3-2, by folding the portion of the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 that touches the bridge of the nose toward the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 by, for example, about 5 mm, and then folding it further by about 1 cm in a rolled-up manner to make it double, and gradually making the folded portions shallower toward the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 on both sides, and sewing the lower side of the folded portions with the connecting portion 16a, the thickness of the nose pad portion 14 will increase when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, and the gap between the mask part 1-1, the cheeks, and the bridge of the nose can be narrowed.
This makes it less likely for your breath to leak upwards, and for people who wear glasses, it makes it less likely for their glasses to fog up due to their breath.
The glasses rest stably on the nose pads 14, making them more comfortable to wear.
In addition, because the nose pads 14 are thick, when the mask part 1-1 is placed on the face, the space inside the mask part 1-1 from the nose to the mouth is expanded, making breathing easier.
If you further fold the nose pad 14 three or four times to make it thicker, you can further narrow the gap between the mask part 1-1 and the cheeks and bridge of the nose, but you should not make it too thick as this will reduce visibility.
By folding the nose pad portion 14 towards the back surface A of the mask portion 1-1, the soft surface on the front surface touches the cheeks and bridge of the nose, improving the feel against the skin and comfort when worn.

In Figure 4, in order to form a triangular nose pad pouch 12 at the top center of the mask part 1-1, the mask part 1-1 is folded in half so that the back side A of the mask part 1-1 is the outside, and then folded with the outside facing out.
The central fold B will be exactly in the middle of mask section 1-1.
Although it is not visible in Figure 4, a right ear rubber 7 is attached to the outside of the opposite side that is folded in half.
When the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 of the mask part 1-1 are aligned with each other while the mask part is folded in half with the front side facing each other, the fold B in the center of the mask part 1-1 is less likely to shift and you can make a straight fold.
Here, we will explain how to use the ear straps to adjust the width of your face and ears using the left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 in Figure 2-7.
Fold B in the center of mask part 1-1 is the part that touches the extension of the bridge of the nose when mask part 1-1 is worn on the face.
Upper edge 4 is the part that touches the cheeks and bridge of the nose.
If the angle where the central fold B of mask part 1-1 and the upper edge 4 of mask part 1-1 intersect is the apex of a right angle of a triangle, and if point D is, for example, approximately 2 cm on the line from the apex to upper edge 4, and point C is, for example, approximately 5 cm on the line from the apex to central fold B, then the point where the diagonal hypotenuse line connecting points C and D is sewn is the sewn part 30.
For example, to make the bridge of your nose appear straight when mask part 1-1 is worn on your face, connect points D and C on mask part 1-1, then gently curve the line, extend it along the line of central fold B, and sew to point C', then sew to point C'. Place point C' about 2 to 5 cm below point C on the line of central fold B. By extending and sewing along the line of central fold B while gently curving the line, a vertical stitch will be placed along the bridge of your nose in the center of your face, which will have the effect of making your nose appear straight and your face appear smaller when viewed from the front when the mask is worn on your face.
The sewn part 30 curves gently vertically to fit the curves of the face, creating space around the nose and mouth. Creating space around the nose and mouth makes it easier to breathe.
The longer you extend point C', the more gently rounded it will become.
The angle of the stitching 30 determines the height of the bridge of the nose. It also determines the amount of space around the nose and mouth.
A triangular bag is formed by the sewing section 30.
The triangular shaped bag is formed into nose pad triangular bag 12.

Figure 5 shows the mask part 1-1 when the back side of the towel body 1 is unfolded.
When the mask part 1-1 is opened and spread out as shown in Figure 4, there is a triangular bag made of sewing part 30 at the top center of the back surface A of the mask part 1-1. This is the part that will be formed as the triangular nose pad bag 12 that rests on the bridge of the nose when the mask part is worn on the face.
As shown in Figure 4, if point C is placed a short distance from the corner where the central fold B of the mask part 1-1 and the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 intersect, the position where the nose pad triangular bag 12 touches the tip of the nose will be higher when the mask is worn on the face, and if point D is placed a long distance from the corner, the nose pad triangular bag 12 will rest over a wider area on the bridge of the nose when the mask is worn on the face.
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the stitching line of the sewn part 30 becomes the surface of the mask part 1-1, and on the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, a triangular nose pad pouch 12 that rests on the bridge of the nose is formed.
The nose pad triangular bag 12 is a triangular bag, so there is a triangular space inside the bag.
The opening is wide at the top and narrows cylindrically downwards.
The upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is part of the upper edge 4 and is ring-shaped.
Point D connects the ring-shaped upper edges 4 of the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12, and is the point that connects the front and back surfaces of the mask part 1-1.
When looking at mask part 1-1 from the direction of upper edge 4, point D is located on upper edge 4 between the surface of mask part 1-1 and the ring-shaped upper opening of nose pad triangular bag 12 on the back surface A side of mask part 1-1.

Figures 6-1 and 6-2 explain the triangular nose pad bag 12. In Figure 6-1, the space inside the triangular bag is opened, and in Figure 6-2, the bag is folded along the diagonally sewn seam 30 to crush it.

When the upper edge 4 of the ring-shaped upper opening at the top of the nose pad triangular bag 12 and the corner where the central fold B of the mask part 1-1 and the upper opening intersect are overlapped and the upper opening is flattened horizontally relative to the mask part 1-1, point D will be evenly spaced on both sides in the middle, and point D will be the center of the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12.
The upper edge 4 of the ring-shaped upper opening of the triangular nose pad bag 12 can be folded horizontally so that point D matches with the central fold B of the mask part 1-1, and the nose pad bag 12 can be fitted together snugly so as to trap air inside the bag.
Since the nose pad triangular bag 12 is bag-shaped, when the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is closed, a soft and elastic nose pad triangular bag 12 is created. When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the elasticity of the nose pad triangular bag 12 fits to the gap between the mask part 1-1 and the face and closes the gap, improving the fit between the mask part 1-1 and the face.

In Figure 6-2, for ease of understanding, the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 on the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, including the upper edge 4 which is folded horizontally over and overlapped, is vertically divided into two equal parts.
The stitching line of the sewn part 30 on the surface of the mask part 1-1 connecting points D and C of the upper edge 4 overlaps with the central fold B on the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 and hits the bisector of the nose pad triangular bag 12, so from point D to the left and right, the left nose pad 10 is on the left side and the right nose pad 11 is on the right side.
As shown in Figure 4, if point D is located, for example, about 2 cm on the line from the corner where the central fold B of mask part 1-1 and upper edge 4 of mask part 1-1 intersect to the upper edge 4, when the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is opened and folded horizontally, the top of the left nose pad 10 will be about 1 cm, and the top of the right nose pad 11 will also be about 1 cm.
When the nose pad triangular bag 12 is folded, it is divided in half with point D in the middle, and the left side points to the left nose pad 10 and the right side points to the right nose pad 11, so the top and bottom of the nose pad triangular bag 12 points to the top and bottom of the left nose pad 10 and points to the top and bottom of the right nose pad 11.
The top and bottom of the left nose pad 10 and the top and bottom of the right nose pad 11 refer to the top and bottom of the nose pad triangular bag 12.
The left side of the folded portion at both ends of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is the folded portion of the left nose pad 10, and the right side is the folded portion of the right nose pad 11.
The folded part of the left nose pad 10 and the folded part of the right nose pad 11 are the folded parts at both ends of the nose pad triangular bag 12.
When the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is folded, point D of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 points to the back side of the nose pad triangular pouch 12, and the central fold B of the mask part 1-1 is the front side of the nose pad triangular pouch 12. Point D of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 points to the back side, and the central fold B of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 is the front side.
The sewn portion 30 on the surface of the mask portion 1-1 and the central fold B that overlaps with the sewn portion 30 form the boundary between the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11.
Figure 7-1 shows the folded nose pad triangular bag 12 being sewn to the mask part 1-1, and Figure 7-2 shows the top part of the nose pad triangular bag 12 being folded, shifted slightly downward, and then sewn to attach the mask part.
When attaching the folded nose pad triangular bag 12 to the mask part 1-1, the upper parts of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 are not sewn together, but are either overlapped with the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, or are shifted slightly downward from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 and the upper part of the left nose pad 10 is attached directly to the mask part 1-1 with the connector 23h. The upper part of the right nose pad 11 is attached with the connector 24i.
That is, the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is sewn to the mask part 1-1, and the sewing of the upper opening and the attachment of the upper opening to the mask part 1-1 are performed simultaneously.
In this case, it is preferable to shift the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 slightly downward from the upper edge 4 so that it does not overlap with the upper edge 4 and become thick.
However, if the upper edge 4 of the upper part of the left nose pad 10 is tightly overlapped separately, the upper edge 4 of the upper part of the right nose pad 11 is tightly overlapped separately, and then the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 is tightly overlapped, and the left nose pad 10 is directly attached to the mask part 1-1 by sewing it at connecting part 23h, and the right nose pad 11 is attached by sewing it at connecting part 24i, then when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the upper edge 4 will be overlapped three times over the bridge of the nose, and visibility will be impaired. However, the edge 4 of the upper part of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 is often sewn hard and is flattened and thin, so that even if the upper edge 4 is triple overlapped over the bridge of the nose, visibility may not be impaired or no pressure may be felt on the bridge of the nose, or if the material of the towel body 1 is thin, the upper edge 4 of the upper part of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11, and the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 can be attached in a triple overlap.
In order to attach the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 to the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 without creating any thickness above the bridge of the nose, as shown in FIG. 7-1, the upper edge 4 of the left nose pad 10 is closely overlapped with the upper edge 4 of the right nose pad 11, and the upper edges 4 of the right nose pad 11 are closely overlapped with each other, and the left nose pad 10 is attached by sewing directly to the mask part 1-1 at the connecting part 23h so as not to overlap with the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, and the right nose pad 11 is directly attached to the mask part 1-1 at the connecting part 24i. When the nose pad is attached and attached to the face, the thickness that sits on the bridge of the nose is reduced, but for example, as shown in Fig. 7-2, when the upper edge 4 of the upper part of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is folded, the upper edge 4 of the upper part of the mask part 1-1 and the upper opening of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 are not overlapped, and the upper openings of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 are not overlapped, so that the front side of the upper opening of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is positioned lower than the back side of the upper opening of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 and sewn directly to the mask part 1-1. In other words, the back side of the upper opening of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is shifted lower than the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, and the front side of the upper opening of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is shifted even lower than the back side.
Then, sew the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 to the mask part 1-1.
If the left nose pad 10 is attached directly to the mask part 1-1 at the connection part 23h and the right nose pad 11 is attached directly to the mask part 1-1 at the connection part 24i, the thickness that rests on the bridge of the nose when worn on the face will be further reduced compared to Figure 7-1.
By closing the tops of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11, they inflate into a bag-like shape containing air, and when worn on the face, they rest on the bridge of the nose.
It leaves the skin around the bridge of the nose feeling soft and smooth.

To fold the nose pad triangular bag 12, overlap point D at the top opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 with the central fold B of the mask part 1-1, and fold it horizontally.
The back side of the upper opening is shaped so that the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 is folded back evenly on both sides from point D by the same length in the direction of the left ear rubber 6 and the direction of the right ear rubber 7. Furthermore, both ends of the nose pad triangular bag 12 are folded back and folded so that the central fold B and point D in the middle of the front side overlap each other.
As shown in Figure 7-1, when shifting the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 slightly downward from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, when folding back the back side of the upper opening toward the left ear rubber 6 and toward the right ear rubber 7, shift it downward at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to 60 degrees around point D so that the back side of the upper opening is shifted slightly downward from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1.
If the width of the upper edge 4 is, for example, around 5 mm, when the upper opening is folded, point D of the upper opening and the central fold B on the front side will overlap, and the folded parts on both ends of the folded nose pad triangular bag 12 will be shifted downward by around 5 mm to 1 cm so as not to overlap with the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1.
As shown in Figure 7-2, when preventing the upper openings of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 from overlapping, when folding back the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 at equal lengths on both sides from point D toward the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7, the back side of the upper opening is shifted downward at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to 60 degrees from point D as the center so that the back side of the upper opening is shifted slightly downward from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1.
Furthermore, when folding both ends of the nose pad triangular pouch 12, the front side is shifted downward from the back side at an angle of about 10 degrees to about 45 degrees from the corner of the folded part. If the width of the upper edge 4 ear is about 5 mm, for example, when the upper opening is folded, the distance between point D and the central fold B of the mask part 1-1 on the front side of the folded upper opening is about 5 mm to about 1 cm, and the folded parts of both ends of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 are shifted downward from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 by about 7 mm to about 2 cm.
From point D, toward the folded parts at both ends of the nose pad triangular bag 12, the mask part 1-1 gradually becomes farther away from the upper edge 4.
The position of the folded parts at both ends of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is lower than point D.
Figure 8 shows connection parts 23h and 24i which attach the upper part of the nose pad triangular bag 12 to the mask part 1-1 as in Figures 7-1 and 7-2, and further connection part 25j is on the upper side of the left folded part when the nose pad triangular bag 12 is folded, connection part 27l is on the lower side of the left folded part, 26k is on the upper side of the right folded part when the nose pad triangular bag 12 is folded, and connection part 28m is on the lower side of the right folded part. By sewing and attaching connection parts 25j, 26k, 27l, and 28m to the mask part 1-1, the nose pad triangular bag 12 can be attached to the mask part 1-1 by sewing all the way around.
The nose pad triangular bag 12 is firmly fixed to the mask part 1-1, increasing its strength, and when worn on the face, the part of the mask part 1-1 that touches the bridge of the nose is less likely to be crushed.
A bulge can be created on the extension line of the sewing part 30 from the point D on the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 that touches the bridge of the nose, so that the mask part 1-1 is tensioned so that it floats off the face, making it easier to maintain space around the nose and mouth.
In addition, it is possible to maintain the space around the nose and mouth by simply sewing together the folded-over portions at both ends of the folded nose pad triangular bag 12, rather than sewing the connection portions 25j, 26k, 27l, and 28m to the mask portion 1-1.

Figure 9 shows the nose pad triangular pouch 12 and nose pad portion 14 formed together. Since the nose pad triangular pouch 12 in Figure 5 is formed in the upper center of the mask part 1-1, the left and right sides of the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 are folded back around the nose pad triangular pouch 12 to form the nose pad portion 14.
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the side where the left cheek of the nose pad part 14 touches is the left cheek 8, and the side where the right cheek touches is the right cheek 9.
By attaching the left cheek 8 and the right cheek 9, it is possible to improve visibility, improve the contact with the skin around the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 that touches the cheeks, and also increase the degree of adhesion of the mask part 1-1 to the contours of the face.
Fold the upper edge 4 towards the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 so that the fluffy surface of the front of the mask part 1-1 touches the area around your cheeks.
Fold it tightly, pressing it down, so as not to block your view and to make it as thin as possible.
The left cheek 8 is folded toward the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 in a horizontally long semicircle, for example, about 5 mm to 1 cm, from the center of the upper edge 4 between the left ear rubber 6 and point D on the back surface A side of the mask part 1-1, slightly closer to point D.
So that the fluffy surface of the mask part 1-1 touches your cheek, fold it as deeply as possible at the center of the horizontal semicircle drawn on the upper edge 4, for example, by about 1 cm, and then gradually make the folds shallower toward the left ear elastics 6 on both sides and point D.
Point D is the part that rests on the bridge of the nose and is in the center of the face, so bend it so that it connects exactly to point D to avoid any thickness or sagging.
At this time, fold it so that it passes over the top of the left nose pad 10 at the very edge, but not so that it overlaps.
For the left ear elastic 6, gradually make the folded part shallower, and when it is about 5 mm deep, sew the bottom side of the folded part tightly to point D using connection part 21f.
The left ear elastic 6 side may be further folded gradually shallower, connected to the upper edge 4, and then tightly sewn in place at the connection part 21f.
In other words, for the left cheek 8, fold the upper edge 4 so that it forms a long semicircle between the left ear rubber 6 and point D, centered just below the eye and slightly closer to point D.
The right cheek 9 is sewn and attached to the mask part 1-1 symmetrically to the left cheek 8.
The left nose pad 10 can be attached by sewing together at the connection part 21f of the left cheek 8, and the right nose pad 11 can be attached by sewing together at the connection part 22g of the right cheek 9.
In addition, the connection part 23h of the left nose pad 10 can be sewn to the left cheek 8, and the connection part 24i of the right nose pad 11 can be sewn to the right cheek 9.
By folding the upper edges 4 of the left cheek 8 and right cheek 9 toward the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the fluffy surface of the front surface touches the left and right cheeks and the bridge of the nose, making it soft against the skin and comfortable to wear.
Even when you need to put it on your face quickly, there is less risk of the hard part of the towel's upper edge 4 getting into your eyes.
As another embodiment, a method for improving visibility and comfort against the skin is, for example, to fold back the upper edge 4 of the mask portion 1-1 only in the areas that do not obstruct visibility, around the left cheek 8 and right cheek 9.
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, only the highest points of the cheeks where the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 touches, such as the area near the cheekbones or the area directly below the eyes, are designated as left cheek 8 and right cheek 9, and the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 is folded back to the back side A of the mask part 1-1 and sewn to attach it.
For example, 2 to 4 cm around the cheekbones and directly under the eyes is folded over 5 mm to 1 cm towards the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, and then folded over to form a semicircle around the upper edge 4, and both folded sides are either connected to the upper edge 4 or sewn together at the connecting parts 21f and 22g so as to be connected.
If only the areas near the cheekbones and directly below the eyes are designated as the left cheek 8 and the right cheek 9, a gap will be created between the face and the mask part 1-1 around point D in the center of the mask part.
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the upper edge 4 connects the left cheek 8, the bridge of the nose, and the right cheek 9 in a triangular shape, and gaps are created on both sides of the bridge of the nose at the highest point, reducing the degree of contact between the mask part 1-1 and the face. Exhaled air escapes through the gaps on both sides of the bridge of the nose, allowing you to breathe easily.
If you want to close the gaps, wear glasses or sunglasses over mask section 1-1. The weight of the glasses or sunglasses will press down on the gaps on both sides of your nose from above, closing the gaps.

Figure 10 shows the left half of the mask when worn on the face.
As shown in Figure 4, the height, length and width of the nose pad triangular bag 12 that rests on the bridge of the nose are determined by the angle and length of the stitching 30, and this determines the amount of space around the nose and mouth.
If the angle of the stitching part 30 is made sharper, the area around the nose will have a sharp, pointed shape when worn on the face.
Mask part 1-1 creates space around the nose and mouth, making it easier to breathe.
The triangular nose pad 12 sits on the bridge of the nose but tapers towards the tip, making the nose appear slender and straight.
If you want to create a gentle curve, you can create a curve from point C on the line of central crease B of mask part 1-1 to the area around C' and sew together. Then, you can extend the stitches along central crease B toward the lower edge 5 along the vertical curve of the face. This will create a gentle curve continuing from the nose pad triangular pouch 12 when the mask is worn on the face, making the bridge of the nose appear straight.
As shown in Figure 9, the left cheek 8 is made within point D with the left ear elastic 6, and is sewn to the upper edge 4 at the connection part 21f so as to draw a horizontal semicircle, centered slightly toward point D.
When your face is facing forward, fold it deepest around the area under your eyes, then gradually fold it shallower toward the left of the ear elastic (point 6) and point D. You can fold it all the way up to where your cheekbones touch.
By folding the mask part 1-1 to the back side A, it will not obstruct your field of vision, and the soft surface of the mask part 1-1 will come into contact with the cheeks, making it comfortable against your skin.
The back side A of the mask part 1-1 is the side that touches the face. On the back side A of the mask part 1-1, there are a nose pad triangular pouch 12, a left cheek 8, and, although not visible in Figure 10, a right cheek 9 and a right ear rubber 7 on the right half of the face.
When mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the corners of the left edge 3 and lower edge 5 below the left ear rubber 6 and the upper edge 4 of the two right edges hanging forward from the left shoulder overlap around the left shoulder and near the left side of the neck, with a gap between the body and the area around the lower edge 5 toward the front of the face, and the lower part of the right ear rubber 7 moving from the right side of the body towards the back of the neck rests on the right shoulder, goes around the back of the neck and rests on the left shoulder, from which the two right edges hang forward.

After attaching the left ear rubber 6 to the mask part 1-1, you can also make a triangular nose pad bag 12 and attach the right ear rubber 7 to the mask part 1-1.

FIG. 11 shows another embodiment of the stitching of the nose pad triangular pouch 12.
Figure 11 shows the state when the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is folded, the upper part of the left nose pad 10 is sewn together with connecting part 23h, and the upper part of the right nose pad 11 is sewn together separately with connecting part 24i. When the mask part 1-1 is viewed from the upper edge 4 direction, it looks like an x mark.
Here, the upper opening of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is not sewn to the mask part 1-1 and is raised above the mask part 1-1.
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the left nose pad 10 supports the bridge of the left nose, and the right nose pad 11 supports the bridge of the right nose, which come into contact with the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, at the center of the bridge of the nose, which is the contact point between the face and the mask part 1-1. Therefore, the mask part 1-1 can be stably supported when worn on the face.
Because the upper parts of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 are not sewn to the mask portion 1-1, the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 can move separately, which enables the mask portion 1-1 to conform to facial movements. As a result, the user can move their face and body easily while talking or moving their neck while wearing the mask portion 1-1.
When the left ear elastic 6 and the right ear elastic 7 are placed around each ear, the mask portion 1-1 is pulled up off the face. As the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 are not sewn to the mask portion 1-1, the upper parts of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 are sewn separately and independently. As a result, the bridge of the nose is supported from both the left and right sides. This sharing of roles reduces the feeling of pressure on the bridge of the nose and face.

When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the stitching line of the sewing part 30 extending from the central point D of the mask part 1-1 becomes the front surface of the mask part 1-1, but on the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, the central fold B hits the bisector of the nose pad triangular pouch 12. Therefore, when the line of the central fold B, which is created when the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is vertically bisected, is placed on the bridge of the nose, the left nose pad 10 supporting the left bridge of the nose and the right nose pad 11 supporting the right bridge of the nose will be aligned with the arched bridge of the nose, and the central fold B will be placed on top of the bridge of the nose in a triangular shape, supporting the mask part 1-1 and allowing the mask part 1-1 to be worn on the face without crushing the bridge of the nose, which is the highest part of the face.
The left cheek 8 and the right cheek 9 are sewn together at connection part 21f so that the left cheek 8 does not overlap with the upper part of the left nose pad 10, and the right cheek 9 is sewn together at connection part 22g so that it does not overlap with the upper part of the right nose pad 11.
The upper part of the left nose pad 10 and the upper part of the right nose pad 11 should not be sewn to the mask part 1-1, left cheek 8, or right cheek 9.
Figure 11 shows the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 from an oblique side view to show that the upper parts of the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 are sewn together separately.
The rear surface of the left nose pad 10 is visible from the sewing part 30 that connects points D and C on the back surface A of the mask part 1-1, and the left nose pad 10 is folded back at the fold, and although it is not visible in Figure 11, the folded front surface overlaps the back of the rear surface of the left nose pad 10. It is folded so that the central fold B overlaps the sewing part 30.
The visible side of the right nose pad 11 is the front side, and although it is folded over at the fold of the right nose pad 11 and is not visible in Figure 11, the back side of the front side overlaps with the rear side of the right nose pad 11 and is folded towards the sewing part 30.
Since the central crease B is simply folded, the bag-shaped nose pad triangular bag 12 is elastic and feels soft and fluffy when placed on the bridge of the nose.

When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the triangular nose pad bag 12 fits comfortably on the bridge of the nose and feels good against the skin. However, if the part that touches the tip of the nose covers the nostrils too much, it may be easier for the fibers of the mask part 1-1 to be inhaled directly into the nose or it may become difficult to breathe.
In Figure 12, when the triangular nose pad bag 12 is viewed vertically, the part that rests on the bridge of the nose and the part that touches the tip of the nose are divided, for example, into half horizontally, or the part that rests on the bridge of the nose is about two-thirds and the part that touches the tip of the nose is about one-third. The part that touches the tip of the nose is called nose tip part 13, and is attached to the mask part 1-1 by sewing it to connecting parts 27l, 28m, and 29n.
Since the nose tip portion 13 is firmly fixed to the mask portion 1-1, the lower side of the nose pad triangular bag 12 is sewn in a triangular shape all around to the mask portion 1-1.
The strength of the nose tip area 13 is increased, making it easier to expand and maintain the space around the nose and mouth.

For example, even if nose tip section 13 is attached to mask section 1-1 in Figure 11, the upper part of left nose pad 10 and the upper part of right nose pad 11 are sewn separately, so when worn on the face, they can move separately even when placed on the bridge of the nose, and mask section 1-1 can adjust to the movement of the face.
Also, unlike the above example, if 27l and 28m of the nose tip portion 13 are attached to the mask portion 1-1 and 29n is not sewn to the mask portion 1-1 but is sewn narrowed to the side, height will be created in the part of the nose pad triangular bag 12 that rests on the bridge of the nose, making the nose pad triangular bag 12 even fluffier.
Also, by simply sewing the outer circumference of the connection parts 27l, 28m, and 29n once without attaching the nose tip part 13 to the mask part 1-1, it is possible to reduce the fluffy thickness and reduce inhalation caused by breathing.
Even when wearing the mask 1-1 on the face, it is easy to breathe and talk, and the shape tapers toward the nose tip, making the nose bridge straight and the face look smaller. It can also be applied to Figures 7-1, 7-2, 8, 9, etc.

FIG. 13 is a front view of the mask part 1-1 when worn on the face.
As shown in Figures 4, 5, 6-1, 6-2, etc., the upper opening of the upper part of the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is part of the upper edge 4, and the nose pad triangular pouch 12 is formed by sewing at the sewing part 30. When the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 is opened, the upper edge 4 is pulled downward, and when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the position of the upper edge 4 in the center of the mask part 1-1 appears to be sunken and lower.
The mask part 1-1 is rounded to fit the contours of the face, and when viewed from the front, the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 on both sides are positioned high and get lower towards the bridge of the nose in the center of the face, forming a V shape.
Furthermore, the stitching line of sewing part 30 runs vertically through the center of mask part 1-1 in an extension of the bridge of the nose, creating a Y shape, which has the effect of making the face appear smaller.
As shown in Figure 4, if the position of point D is set farther away from the central fold B of the mask part 1-1, when the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 is opened, the nose pad triangular pouch 12 will move further down from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, and when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the positions of both ears of the mask part 1-1 will be higher and the position of the central upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, which touches the bridge of the nose, will be lowered further. Also, the upper opening of the nose pad triangular pouch 12, which rests on the bridge of the nose, will be wider.
When the right ear band 7 is placed around the right ear, the mask part 1-1 covers the right ear, but when the mask part 1-1 near the right ear band 7 is pulled downward, the ear loop stretches and contracts, causing the right ear to protrude from the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1.
In an emergency, you can hear outside sounds without removing the mask 1-1.
When the right ear is covered by the mask part 1-1, it is preferable to attach the left ear rubber 6 in a position that does not completely cover the left ear for safety reasons, but since covering the left ear does not completely block the ear hole, the left edge 3 can be moved from the left edge 3 to the inside of the mask part 1-1 so that the left edge 3 is behind the edge of the ear and the left ear can be covered depending on the safe location and purpose of use. For example, when the purpose of use is sunbathing at the beach or in a sauna.
When the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 are placed around both ears, the lower edge 5 of the front of the face will be positioned below the chin.

The area around the lower front edge 5 of the face creates gaps between the chin and neck, the chin and chest, and the neck and shoulders, making it easier to breathe.

In Figure 14-1, the mask part 1-1 is folded in half so that the back surface A is the outside, and then folded so that the inside is the outside. If the angle where the central fold B and the upper edge 4 intersect is the apex of a right angle triangle, then point D is about 3 cm, for example, from the apex on the line to the upper edge 4, and point C is about 5 cm, for example, from the apex on the line to the central fold B. Connect points C and D and cut off the diagonal hypotenuse in a triangle shape, and the mask part 1-1 side is sewn together with sewing part 30.
Alternatively, the oblique side can be sewn together at the sewing portion 30 first, and then the oblique side can be cut off in a triangular shape.
When cutting off the hypotenuse into a triangular shape, if you cut it off with a gentle curve on the mask part 1-1 side, the mask part 1-1 will have a gentle finish that follows the curves of the face.
Furthermore, when mask portion 1-1 is worn on the face, a vertical suture line runs from the bridge of the nose. If point C' is placed around the area where the chin touches the vertical curve of the face in a circular motion, or if the suture is extended to around the lower edge 5, then a vertical suture line of sewing part 30 will run down the center of mask portion 1-1, resulting in a shape and appearance similar to that of a typical handmade mask or nylon mask.
For example, if you want to wear two masks at once, such as a general nonwoven mask or urethane mask, with mask section 1-1, you can wear a first handmade mask, nylon mask, or urethane mask over your face, and then put mask section 1-1 on top of it so that they overlap perfectly, allowing you to wear a double mask without feeling uncomfortable.
For a typical nonwoven mask, fold the nose wire tightly into a mountain shape and align it with the bridge of your nose, then place mask section 1-1 on top to create a double mask.
Put the first mask on your face and make a double mask so that there are no gaps between your nose and cheeks, with the second mask part 1-1 overlapping from above and pressing the mask against your face.
Create a left cheek 8 and a right cheek 9 so that it will feel good against the skin when worn on the face. Fold the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 about 5 mm to 1 cm toward the back surface A of the mask part, within the left ear rubber 6 from point D and within the right ear rubber 7 from point D, and sew the left cheek 8 at the connection part 21f and the right cheek 9 at the connection part 22g.
When you want to use mask part 1-1 with the purpose of wearing two masks at the same time, the first mask you put on your face is a regular mask that feels good against your skin, so it doesn't matter whether you put the left cheek 8 or right cheek 9 on it or not.

For example, if you want to prioritize breathing easily, make sure there is plenty of space around your nose and mouth.
If you take points D and C at approximately the same distance from the apex of the corner where the central fold B and the upper edge 4 intersect, connect points D and C in a fan shape, a sharp circle shape, or a line shape, cut them off, and sew them together at sewing section 30, a dome-shaped space that rises up around the nose and mouth can be created when mask section 1-1 is worn on the face.
For example, when point D is approximately 4 cm from the vertex and point C is approximately 5 cm from the vertex, point D and point C are connected in a fan shape, in a sharp circle, cut off, and sewn together at sewing section 30.
Furthermore, take point C' along the line of central crease B so that it digs into the area under the chin, and then suture in a circle up to point C' so that it continues into a sharp fan-shaped circle connecting points D and C.
If you want to make the suture line of central crease B neater, cut off central crease B on the outside of the suture line to align it with the suture line that continues from central crease B to point C' around the underarm area.
As the vertical width of mask portion 1-1 is longer than point C' around the chin and continues downward, it is either cut in a V shape to fit under the chin and sutured to connect to lower edge 5, or it is not cut and is sutured in a V shape to connect to lower edge 5.
Or, from the apex of the corner where central fold B and upper edge 4 intersect, tie points D and C in a sharp fan-shaped circle and sew together, then continue sewing along the line of central fold B, and sew from central fold B to lower edge 5. At that time, from the corner where central fold B and lower edge 5 intersect, tie a fan-shaped knot or a sharp circle and sew about 5 cm upward toward central fold B and about 4 cm horizontally toward lower edge 5. The area around lower edge 5 touches the front of the face and around the neck, so if you want to make it look neater, cut off the outside of the suture line.
Alternatively, connect points D and C in a sharp fan-shaped circle and suture them together, then follow the line of central crease B and suture in a gentle circle from central crease B to the area under the chin or around lower edge 5.
It is also possible to wear a regular mask on your face and then place the mask part 1-1, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, on top to create a double mask. There is a gap between the first mask and the mask part 1-1, which prevents the mask from becoming stuffy and makes it easier to breathe.

In FIG. 14-2, for example, the shape of the mask part 1-1 in FIG. 14-1 is utilized, and the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 and the urethane mask 33 are overlapped and sewn together for attachment.
The back surface A of the mask part 1-1 is opened and spread out, and the urethane mask 33 is placed on top of the vertical suture line that runs vertically from point D on the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1 to the lower edge 5 from the sewing part 30.The urethane mask 33 is then opened and spread out, and the vertical seam lines in the center of the urethane mask 33 are overlapped and sewn together at the connection part 35p to attach it.
Ordinary urethane masks are generally made to feel good against the skin, and the area around the nose in particular is curved from the cheek to the bridge of the nose to match the shape of the cheek and nose. Therefore, when spreading out the back surface A of mask part 1-1 and spreading out the back surface of urethane mask 33 on top, it should overlap so that it protrudes about 2 to 3 cm above upper edge 4 of mask part 1-1 where the part of urethane mask 33 that touches the nose intersects with point D.
The urethane mask 33 extends about 2 to 3 cm above the upper edge 4 where the part of the urethane mask 33 that touches the nose overlaps with point D of the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, and is attached by sewing along the upper edge 4 at the connection part 34o.
Furthermore, along the vertical seam that continues from sewing part 30 where it intersects with point D on the upper edge 4 of mask part 1-1, the central vertical seam of urethane mask 33 superimposed on mask part 1-1 is sewn at connecting part 35p to the bottom of urethane mask 33 where it touches the chin.
When viewed from the front of mask part 1-1, it is attached by sewing in the center of mask part 1-1 so that it forms a Y or T shape.
Depending on the type of urethane mask 33, the angle of the connection portion 34o may approach horizontal or may become Y-shaped or T-shaped.
Mask portion 1-1 and urethane mask 33 are attached by sewing vertically along the central vertical seam of urethane mask 33 from point D to near the chin of urethane mask 33 at connection part 35p, so mask portion 1-1 and urethane mask 33 are firmly attached. Therefore, connection part 34o is not necessary, but since connection part 34o is present, when mask portion 1-1 is put on the face and the towel body 1 or mask portion 1-1 is spread out, the part of urethane mask 33 that touches the nose will spread out together with it, so it is better to have connection part 34o attached, as this allows mask portion 1-1 to be put on the face quickly.
By overlapping the center of the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 and the center of the vertical seam of the urethane mask 33 and sewing them vertically from point D of the mask part 1-1 to near the chin at the connection part 35p, the mask part does not adhere too tightly with fewer connection parts, making it less likely to slip or crease.
In addition, since the mask part 1-1 and the urethane mask 33 only overlap at the area where both cheeks touch, the left and right sides of the connection part 35p can be turned up and there is space, so it dries easily after washing.
When worn on the face, it can be used as a double mask by overlapping mask part 1-1 while maintaining the elasticity that is one of the characteristics of urethane masks.
In addition to general urethane masks, it can be layered with nylon masks, polyurethane masks, polyester masks, and other washable masks or masks made of washable materials.
The first urethane mask 33, which protrudes approximately 2 to 3 cm above the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1, covers the face from the cheeks to the bridge of the nose, and the upper edge 4 of the overlapping second mask part 1-1 presses the first urethane mask 33 against the face from roughly the tip of the nose toward the left and right ears.
The first urethane mask 33 covers from the cheeks to the bridge of the nose, forming a double mask from the tip of the nose to around the chin, relieving the feeling of pressure around the nose when breathing, and the vertically rounded mask section 1-1 leaves space from the nose to the mouth, making it easier to breathe, even when the mask is doubled up.
When sewing vertically from point D around the tip of the nose where connecting part 34o and connecting part 35p intersect, you may sew at sewing part 30 or at connecting part 35p. For example, fold urethane mask 33 in half and place the vertical central seam in the notch of sewing part 30, and sew at sewing part 30 or connecting part 35p.
In Figure 14-2, where two masks are attached one on top of the other, the mask also has double ear straps. However, it is possible to wear the mask on your face by hanging either the left ear band 6 and the right ear band 7 of the mask part 1-1 around your ears, or by hanging the ear straps of the urethane mask 33 around your ears.
In the event of an emergency such as a disaster, the first urethane mask 33 and the second mask part 1-1 are double-layered, so breathing is ensured when wearing the mask on the face, and the ear loops can be doubled to fit snugly on the face.
If you adjust the left ear band 6 and the right ear band 7 to a size that is convenient for you so that you can quickly put the mask on your face in an emergency, you will be able to respond quickly in the event of a disaster.

Since there is a urethane mask 33 between the mask part 1-1 and the face, which is comfortable against the skin, there is no need to make left cheek 8 and right cheek 9.
If you feel that the mask is pressing too hard against your cheeks, you can create left cheek 8 and right cheek 9, or, for example, make the ear straps about 20-30 cm long and tie them into a loop, or use an auxiliary tool to adjust the length, such as an adjuster or bead fastener, so that you can adjust the length of the ear straps.

In Figure 15, the mask part 1-1 is folded in half so that the back side A is on the outside, and then folded inside out. One point on the top edge 4 is sewn from the central fold B, for example, about 7 cm away, with 3 to 5 stitches.

Figure 16 shows the back surface A of the mask part 1-1 in Figure 15, in which the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11 are wide, and when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the gap between the cheeks and the bridge of the nose can be almost completely blocked.
Furthermore, by pulling the central fold B, which includes the left nose pad 10 and the right nose pad 11, upwards, you can cover the entire bridge of your nose.

In Figure 17, when the mask part 1-1 is not worn on the face, the towel body 1 is wrapped around the center line 15 behind the neck, and the right edge 2 that hangs forward from the left shoulder is passed through the left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 on the left edge 3 that hangs forward from the right shoulder, so that it can be fastened around the neck or chest.

In Figure 18, when the area around center line 15 of towel body 1 is draped behind the neck and mask part 1-1 is worn around the face with right edge 2 hanging forward from the left shoulder and left edge 3 hanging forward from the right shoulder, as shown in Figures 10 and 13, the area around the corner where left edge 3 and bottom edge 5 intersect at a right angle and the area around upper edge 4 of right edge 2 overlap around the left shoulder and near the left side of the neck, but if hook-and-loop fasteners, snap buttons, or for example, upper simple button 31 and lower simple button 32 are attached to the overlapping points, it can be fastened around the neck.

The mask part 1-1 can be worn on the face while fastening the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32. The mask part 1-1 can be worn on the face while fastening the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32.
As shown in Figures 10 and 13, when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the ear straps of the mask part 1-1 are hung on both ears because the towel body 1 is wider than that of a general mask. The lower edge 5 of the right ear side of the mask part 1-1, which is integrated with the towel body 1, is supported from the rear of the neck to the right shoulder by the lower corner of the right ear rubber 7 of the mask part 1-1, which rests on the right shoulder. However, the lower edge 5 of the mask part 1-1, which is in front of the face and under the chin, is supported by the right ear side of the mask part 1-1. The sides are suspended in mid-air, with gaps between the chin and neck, and between the chin and chest, and the corner between the lower edge 5 on the front of the face and the left edge 3 toward the left ear, i.e., the lower corner of the left ear rubber 6 of mask part 1-1, is in contact with the left shoulder, but there is a gap and it is not fixed in place, so it is unstable. By fastening it with the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32, the lower left corner of mask part 1-1 is also stabilized and can rest on the left shoulder, supporting mask part 1-1.
The towel body 1 is placed around the back of the neck around the center line 15, and the upper edge 4 around the right edge 2 hanging forward from the left shoulder, the left edge 3 around the left edge 3 hanging forward from the right shoulder, and the corner around the right angle where the lower edge 5 intersect are fastened with upper 31 and lower 32 simple buttons. This allows the lower corners of the mask part 1-1 to be supported on both shoulders, making the towel body 1 and the mask part 1-1 more stable.

The upper simple button 31 and the lower simple button 32 can be attached on either side as long as the towel body 1 can be fastened mainly around the neck and chest. The mask part 1-1 can always be attached around the neck.

There are many situations in everyday life when you may want to cover your face suddenly, such as when the sun suddenly shines, when dust suddenly starts to fly, or when hanging out laundry outside in the middle of summer.
If you keep it around your neck or chest, you can respond immediately.
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the right edge 2 hangs down over the left shoulder. However, due to vibrations caused by walking or when the wind blows, it may slip off the left shoulder or be blown away behind the back. To prevent this, the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32 can be used to fasten the mask around the neck to prevent it from slipping off the left shoulder.
By fastening the mask around your neck using the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32, you can keep the mask part 1-1 around your neck even if you remove the left ear band 6 and leave the right ear band 7 over your right ear. This means that if you have a cold, you can eat while keeping your neck warm, and if you start to cough, you can quickly put the left ear band 6 over your left ear to cover your mouth and prevent yourself from coughing.

As shown in Figures 1, 2-1 to 2-8, 3-1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14-2, 16, 17, 18, etc., the material of the towel body 1 is cotton terry cloth, and the mask part 1-1 is attached to one side of the center line 15 of the back surface A of the towel body 1 toward the left. It has a nose pad part 14, a nose pad triangular bag 12, a left cheek 8, and a right cheek 9. When worn on the face, the area around the center line 15 is placed behind the neck, and the right edges of both the left and right ends are The right ear band 7 of mask part 1-1 is placed over the right ear and the left ear band 6 over the left ear, and the mask can be worn on the face, covering the nose and mouth between the ears. The mask part 1-1 is integrated with the towel body 1. We will explain examples of use as mask part 1-1 and examples of use with the center line 15 placed behind the neck.

When using mask portion 1-1, the total weight of towel body 1 is divided into two by hanging the area around center line 15 behind the neck and hanging forward from the left and right shoulders. Furthermore, mask portion 1-1 is supported by the neck, right shoulder, right ear, and left ear, so the perceived weight is distributed (see Figures 10, 13, etc.).

The towel body 1, left ear rubber 6, and right ear rubber 7 can be used in a variety of situations by changing the length, width, material, attachment method, and position depending on the purpose of use, and can be used in different ways depending on the purpose.
For example, if the towel body 1 is made of a soft, stretchy material, it will feel good against the skin as it wraps around the face, and when putting it on the face, you can fine-tune the mask part 1-1 by combining the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7.

For example, towel material absorbs moisture well and easily soaks up sweat (see Figures 1, 3, 10, 13, etc.).

For example, if you want to make towel body 1 out of two different materials, separate the left and right materials at center line 15 and sew them together at center line 15.
If the left edge 3 directions from the center line 15 are made of elastic material and the right edge 2 directions from the center line 15 are made of towel material, when the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, the mask part 1-1 is elastic, so it feels soft on the skin, and the right edge 2 directions are made of towel material, which is excellent at absorbing moisture. Also, the material can be divided and sewn closer to the left edge 3 directions and closer to the right edge 2 directions from the center line 15. For example, if only the mask part 1-1 is made of a material that feels cold to the touch and connected to towel material, it will be easy to use during exercise or in a sauna (see Figures 10, 13, etc.).

Since face sizes and nose heights vary from person to person, it is preferable to have adjustable ear straps that can be adjusted to fit the size of the individual. If it is difficult to adjust the ear straps, it is also possible to combine the ear straps in Figure 2-8 with other ear straps and attach both (see Figures 1, 2-1 to 2-8, 3, 9, 10, 13, 14-2, etc.).

For example, when used in a sauna, if the mask is made of a thin fabric that feels cool to the touch and is about 50 cm long and 120 cm wide, it will absorb sweat and not become heavy, and it will retain moisture, so you can expect beauty benefits. Furthermore, the hot air from the sauna will not directly hit your face, so it will relieve dry lips, and the right edge 2 will be wide enough to cover your chest. For men, placing the right edge 2 on your head will relieve dry hair (see Fig. 10, 13, etc.).

For example, if you are going to be out in the sea or a river for long periods of time, a UV-blocking fabric with a length of about 50 cm and a width of about 120 cm will be enough to cover the mask part 1-1, the neck area, and the shoulders and back, which are prone to sunburn. It can be fastened around the neck with the upper simple button 31 and the lower simple button 32, and will not be blown away even in the wind, providing protection from the sun (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).

For example, if you use the towel body 1 as a stole or a long scarf, you can wear the mask part 1-1 on your face and wrap the right edge 2 around your neck to provide stylish protection from the sun. If you fasten it around your neck or chest using the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32, you can wear it stylishly even with clothes that have an open neckline (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).

For example, when the towel body 1 is used as a hand towel, it has good breathability, so even if you put the mask part 1-1 on your face after a bath, it is less likely to trap heat, and it has a moisturizing effect after conditioning your skin with lotion, etc. (See Figs. 10, 13, etc.)

When making the material of the towel body 1 in Figure 3 out of a thin or soft fabric and making the nose pad 14 on the mask part 1-1, it is possible to fold and sew up to the left ear rubber 6 and right ear rubber 7 when folding the upper edge 4 to the back surface A side of the mask part 1-1, as long as the areas around the sides of the face and the upper part of the ears do not become thicker, impairing visibility or making it difficult to wear glasses. If there is a little thickness above the ears, the mask part 1-1 will be easier to hook onto the ear. In particular, if it is hooked over the top of the right ear, the mask part 1-1 can be supported by the right ear rubber 7 and the entire right ear. Therefore, for example, when you want to have a drink, you can move the left ear rubber 6 away from the left ear and still have the mask part 1-1 hanging stably over the right ear (see Figures 3, 9, etc.).
In addition, when making the triangular nose pad bag 12, it is better to fold the upper edge 4 by about 10 cm to the back A or front of the mask part 1-1, or to use a cloth such as silk or cotton that feels good against the skin to reinforce it and make it thicker, which will make it easier to maintain the space around the nose up to the nose tip 13 (see Figs. 4 to 12, etc.).

It is possible to make breathing easier by creating space around the nose and mouth by attaching or mounting wire, shape-retaining tape, plastic, etc. to the upper edge 4 of the mask part 1-1. However, extreme caution is required as there is a risk of injury if the wire, shape-retaining tape, plastic, etc. protrudes from the mask part 1-1 or breaks off (see Figures 3, 10, 13, etc.).
When the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face, there are gaps around the lower edge 5 on the front of the face between the chin and neck, between the chin and chest, and between the neck and shoulders, which allows good ventilation and allows for comfortable wear, for example, in a rock bath or sauna (see Figures 10, 13, etc.).

The humidity in a bedrock bath or sauna is low, and breathing in the hot, dry air can easily damage the throat and airways, so the mask part 1-1 keeps the humidity in the respiratory tract and also allows you to wipe away sweat around the right edge 2 (see Figures 10, 13, etc.).
Even if you sweat around your nose and mouth inside the mask part 1-1, the towel fabric of the mask part 1-1 will absorb the sweat if you press your face over the mask part 1-1 (see Figures 10, 13, etc.).

In rock saunas and other saunas where a lot of sweat is released, women tend to want to keep their faces bare, and the towel body 1 is integrated with the mask part 1-1, allowing the lower half of the face to be quickly covered, reducing the amount of exposed face, making it harder for individuals to be recognized, and reducing the gazes of others and embarrassment (see Figs. 10, 13, 18, etc.).

Large spas and hot springs are increasingly offering facilities such as rock saunas where men and women can bathe together, and the towel body 1 is integrated with the mask part 1-1, so you can relax and feel comfortable knowing that you can quickly cover your face at any time (see Figures 10, 13, 18, etc.).

In a spa or hot spring, it is common to walk around the facility with a towel draped over the back of your neck. As the mask part 1-1 is integrated with the towel, you can quickly cover your face at all times, and women can walk around the facility safely with their bare faces exposed after a bath (see Figures 10, 13, 18, etc.).

When wearing a yukata, the chest area tends to come undone, which can be bothersome and unsettling, but if you fasten it with the simple buttons at the top 31 and bottom 32, the area around the right edge 2 will cover the chest area, allowing you to relax without worry (see Figure 18, etc.).

After taking a bath, it can be used as a normal towel to dry your body (see Figure 1).
On a hot summer day, if you go out with towel body 1 draped over the back of your neck, towel body 1 will absorb the sweat that drips down your neck, keeping your collar and back from getting wet with sweat and allowing you to stay comfortable (see Figures 17, 18, etc.).
You can wipe sweat from your forehead around the right edge 2, so you don't have to search for a handkerchief in your bag or pocket (see Figures 17, 18, etc.).

When wearing the mask part 1-1 on the face and exercising outdoors such as jogging, the towel body 1 hanging behind the neck absorbs sweat dripping down from the neck, and the mask part 1-1 and the front, both sides and the back of the neck protect the ears and neck from the sun and insects while running. After using exercise equipment, when washing your hands, you can wipe them around the right edge 2.
In addition, when exercising without wearing the mask part 1-1 on the face, the right edge 2 can be passed through the left and right ear bands 6 and 7 and fastened around the neck or chest as a neck towel, or the towel can be fastened using the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32. This allows the towel body 1 to be worn around the neck during exercise, etc., without dropping off the neck, even when running or doing strenuous exercise (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).

When going out in midsummer, you can put mask part 1-1 on your face, wear a hat and sunglasses to protect your head and face from the sun, hang towel body 1 around your neck around center line 15 to protect the back of your neck from the sun, and fasten upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32 around your neck or chest to protect your neck and chest from the sun (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).
In midsummer, even if you use a parasol to avoid direct sunlight from above, there is still glare from the ground, so you can wear the mask part 1-1 on your face to shade the area from your nose to your neck, and then fasten the upper simple button 31 and the lower simple button 32 around your neck or chest to shade your neck and chest (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).
When having a barbecue, the mask part 1-1 worn on the face prevents direct inhalation of ash and smoke from the charcoal and protects the respiratory organs from the hot air of the charcoal fire.
On sunny days when camping or doing outdoor activities, wear the mask 1-1 on your face, fold the two right edges that hang forward from your left shoulder over the top of your head, and let them hang down toward your right ear. If you wear a hat over it, it will absorb sweat from your head and protect your face and neck from the sun and insects (see Figures 10 and 13).

When caught up in a terrorist attack, disaster, fire, etc., you would normally hold a handkerchief or towel in your hand to cover your nose and mouth, and evacuate with one or both hands covered. However, by wearing the mask part 1-1 on your face, you can protect your respiratory organs from the hot air of the fire and avoid inhaling smoke and soot directly, and you can use both hands, making it easier to evacuate. The mask part 1-1 is made of cloth, so it can be wetted with water and wrung out. If you are caught up in a disaster while out and about, you can wet the mask part 1-1 with water from a plastic bottle you have and wear it on your face to further prevent smoke (see Figures 10, 13, 14-2, etc.).
When a volcano erupts, volcanic ash has sharp edges and can cause health problems if it enters the lungs, so in an emergency, you can wear a double mask by putting mask part 1-1 over a regular non-woven mask, urethane mask, nylon mask, etc., to improve the fit of the mask and the dust protection effect. As shown in Figures 14-1 and 14-2, if you always have a double mask ready, you will not have to panic in an emergency (see Figures 10, 13, 14-1, 14-2, 16, etc.).
If you keep it as one of your emergency equipment, you can make effective use of it at your evacuation site by using its functions as both a towel and mask 1-1.
For example, if you are injured and bleeding, you can tie the wound with towel 1 to stop the bleeding. If you break a bone, you can support the bone by tightly tying towel 1 to the broken bone as a splint.
In the evacuation area, it is difficult for women to apply makeup, so they can wear the mask 1-1 on their face to avoid being seen. It is also difficult for women to take a bath, so they can use the towel 1 to dry their bodies or wrap it around their heads to tie up their hair (see Figures 1, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14-2, etc.).
When you want to sleep on a long-distance airplane, ship, or bus trip, the mask part 1-1 covers the nose and mouth, the towel body 1 is draped behind the neck and the area around the center line 15 supports the neck to relieve neck pain, and the right edge 2 is placed over the eyes to use it as an eye mask (see Figs. 10, 13, etc.).

Regular eye masks are designed to cover the eyes tightly in order to block out light, and women who wear delicate eye makeup tend to avoid using them even if they want to, as they are concerned about their makeup running. However, the right edge of this eye mask can be placed softly over the eyes, which prevents makeup from running, blocks out light, and allows you to sleep peacefully without worrying about others seeing your sleeping face (see Figs. 10, 13, etc.).
When traveling by bus, for example, if the towel body 1 or the mask portion 1-1 has the tour name, bus company name, telephone number, website, or the like written on it, it can be used as advertising or a souvenir. For example, if one person gets lost on the trip and panics, knowing the contact information will give them peace of mind and make it easier for them to find each other (see Figs. 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).
If you feel short of breath while wearing the mask 1-1 on your face, place only the left ear loop 6 over your left ear to prevent it from slipping off your face, and expose your nose through the top of the mask 1-1. The area around your mouth will be kept moist by the mask 1-1 (see Figures 10, 13, etc.).
Generally, muffler towels are often sold as cheering goods for sports events or concerts. When you put on the mask part 1-1 with the team, person, or mark you are cheering for printed on it, it increases the sense of unity in the venue, lifts your spirits, and makes watching and cheering more exciting.
Especially when watching sports or concerts outdoors, the towel itself can provide shade in the summer and protection from the cold in the winter. It can also be used as a simple mask during cold and flu seasons, helping to prevent infection.
After watching a sporting event or a concert, you can keep them as mementos, or use them as a makeshift mask or sunshade when you go out, or use them in hot springs or saunas. Therefore, you can expect advertising effects (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).
In winter, when you wear the mask part 1-1 on your face, whether at home or when you go out, you can expect a moisturizing effect on the area around your face, preventing infection and catching a cold. In addition, as a countermeasure against the cold, if you turn the right edge 2 that hangs forward from your left shoulder to your right shoulder, it will have a heat-retaining effect on the area around your neck, warming your neck and shoulders and easing stiff shoulders, and you can use it as a replacement for a scarf or other item to protect yourself from the cold.
For example, when you go to bed, you can sleep with your neck warmed by draping the towel body 1 around the center line 15 behind your neck and tucking the right edge 2 and left edge 3 that hang down in front of your shoulders into the neck area of your nightwear or pajamas. Also, if you encounter a disaster in the middle of the night, you can sleep with the towel body 1 close to your body (see Figures 10, 13, 17, 18, etc.).
When cleaning, wear the mask part 1-1 on your face to avoid inhaling dirt when sweeping the garden, dust that flies around when cleaning the air conditioner, and detergent with a pungent smell (see Figs. 10, 13, 16, etc.).
Mask part 1-1 can be used as a simple mask when gardening, repairing the house, washing the car, mixing fertilizer, or for smelling wood chips or paint (see Figs. 10, 13, 14-2, 16, etc.).
When working outdoors, such as on farms or dairy farms, the mask part 1-1 is worn on the face and fastened around the neck or chest with the simple buttons 31, 32 to protect the body from direct sunlight, dust, mosquitoes, insects, etc. The right edge 2 can be used to wipe sweat or to wipe hands after washing (see Figs. 10, 13, 18, etc.).

When the mask part 1-1 is not needed, you can cut off the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 to use it as a normal muffler towel (see Figure 1, etc.).
If the towel body 1 feels good against the skin and does not obstruct vision, the left cheek 8 and right cheek 9 are not necessary (see Figs. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14-1, 14-2, etc.).
For example, to prepare for emergencies, make the towel body 1 in Figure 14-2 out of a lightweight, soft, stretchy material so that it feels soft against the skin and wraps around the face, and tie the ear loops as shown in Figure 2-8 on the left ear rubber 6 and the right ear rubber 7 so that they go around the back of the head.
In an emergency, simply slip it over your head and place it over your face to ensure breathing.
Even if you put it on your head in a hurry, the material is soft so your face will not be injured, and the mask part 1-1 can be hung from your neck, so you can always evacuate with the urethane mask 33 and the mask part 1-1 ready.
You can quickly put it over your head and let it hang around your neck, and then once you have calmed down, you can put the urethane mask 33 and mask part 1-1 on your face.
The mask part 1-1 presses the face from above the urethane mask 33, allowing it to fit tightly to the face.
They can be used as towels at the evacuation site (see Figures 2-8, 10, 13, 14-2, etc.).
The mask part 1-1 is attached with a distance the same as an adult's face, but by narrowing the face width at the attachment points of the left and right ear straps, it can also be used by children.
For example, as shown in FIG. 14-2, a child-sized urethane mask or the like can be placed over the mask portion 1-1 of the towel body 1 and sewn together at the connection portions 34o and 35p to be used as a double mask.
For example, if a fire breaks out at school, you will evacuate by holding a handkerchief over your mouth and nose to prevent inhaling smoke. However, if you wear Mask Part 1-1 on your face and are able to use both hands, you will be able to place both hands on the floor or ground in the event of a fall, thereby increasing the chances of avoiding injury.
When coming to rescue, it will be easier to hold a child's hand and evacuate.
Since smoke rises, it is dangerous to step on or get caught on the right edge 2 hanging forward from the left shoulder when evacuating by lowering one's body, so the towel can be fastened to the neck or chest with the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32, or, as another embodiment, the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32 can be made into hook-and-loop fasteners, allowing it to be fastened to the neck quickly and easily. For elderly people and small children, etc., where it is difficult to fasten the towel to the neck or chest with the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32, as another embodiment, the upper and lower simple buttons 31 and 32 can be replaced with elastic cords and attached so that they are connected with the elastic cords. The towel can be stretched and contracted around the neck and chest, and the mask part 1-1 can be provided around the neck or chest simply by putting the ring-shaped towel body 1 over the head.
Put the mask part 1-1 on your face and wrap the right edge 2 hanging forward from your left shoulder around the front of your face and neck, then put on the disaster prevention hood. The right edge 2 will fit inside the disaster prevention hood, and the disaster prevention hood will hold down the right edge 2, allowing you to use both hands while maintaining breathing and allowing you to evacuate safely.
When wearing a helmet, the chin strap holds the right edge 2 and towel body 1 close to the neck and face for support.
For small children, it is easier to use if the size of towel body 1 is made smaller, for example, about 75 cm to 85 cm wide and about 7 cm to 15 cm long. A double mask is made with a urethane mask or the like and mask part 1-1, and then sewn together at connection parts 34o and 35p.
If you use the left ear loop 6 and the right ear loop 7 as shown in Fig. 2-8 and wrap both of them around the back of the head from both ears, you can put the mask part 1-1 on your face by pulling it over your head. Adults evacuating with you or rescuers can also quickly put it on your face. Also, if you write your name on the towel body 1 or the mask part 1-1, it will be easier to find if you get lost (see Fig. 1, 2-8, 10, 13, 14-2, 18, etc.).

Due to the function of the right and left brain, most people are right-handed, and for right-handed people, it is easier to place the mask part 1-1 on the left edge in the direction 3 over the ears, but for left-handed people, the mask part 1-1 is made on the right edge in the direction 2. Make the mask part 1-1 on the upper right part of the back of the towel body 1, closer to the right side of the center line 15 (see Figure 1, etc.).

As long as the mask part 1-1 can be worn on the face to cover the nose and mouth, any method of wearing it and any material may be used.
