BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a baby carriage equipped with a hood, and more particularly, a baby carriage hood that can smoothly cope with all weather conditions or external factors such as dust and insects and protect infants in a comfortable state. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, baby carriage tops or various baby carriage covers having a function of dealing with external factors in the same manner as hoods have been proposed. For example, the upper side, the left and right sides, and the back side of the rear side of the baby carriage seat are covered with a hood, and a separate windshield hood is provided at the front of the seat, usually inside the hood. A prior art has been proposed in which the windshield hood is rotated and moved to the front side of the seat portion so that the windshield hood and the windshield hood are substantially entirely covered during use (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
However, in the case of the above-described technique, it is possible to cover substantially the entire seat portion, but since the hood and the windshield hood are not integrally formed, a gap is generated between them. Therefore, since it is influenced by external factors such as wind, rain, insects, and noise from this time, the infant cannot be ensured in a comfortable state.
[0004]
Further, in the windshield hood located at the front part of the seat part and protecting the front part, the height of the upper end is maintained as it is, and the lower end is lifted up to an arbitrary height. Although it can be opened as much, the windshield hood protrudes inward, and the infant not only feels a sense of pressure but also looks bad. In addition, when running on uneven roads such as block laying roads and gravel roads, or when wind is blowing, the windshield hood is not formed integrally with the hood, so only the windshield hood is lowered. It may be dropped.
[0005]
As another prior art, there has been proposed a baby carriage top prior art for protecting a baby from sunlight by forming a bowl-shaped sunshade at the front end of the top (see Patent Document 2).
[0006]
In the case of the above-described prior art, since the size of the sunshade member is uniquely determined, there are only two choices of projecting the sunshade member or folding it on the back of the hood, and the range of the size of the sunshade member Cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.
[0007]
Furthermore, as another prior art, a technique has been proposed in which a cover provided on a baby carriage main body can be stored in a small folded state when not used (see Patent Document 3).
[0008]
In the case of the above-described prior art, only one of fixing the cover to the predetermined site or storing it can be selected, and the user can select any function depending on the degree of weather or the purpose of use, for example. Or size covers cannot be used.
Moreover, since it is necessary to fold the cloth-like cover at the time of storage, it is troublesome and troublesome.

[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a stroller hood that can obtain an arbitrary covering state suitable for the external environment when the hood is used, and can be nicely and smoothly stored when stored.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a baby carriage top that covers the upper side of the baby carriage, wherein the upper end of the cover is provided along the shape of the front edge of the hood, and the front edge of the hood is attached to the lower edge of the cover. And a storage means for covering and storing substantially the entire cover when the cover is folded, is formed at the front edge of the hood body, andthe storage means is A storage tape piece for storing the cover, and a fixing means for fixing the storage tape piece to the hood body, the front edge of the hood body so that the storage tape piece can wrap substantially the entire cover. And the fixing means is a first fixing means for fixing the storage tape piece to the hood body in a state of wrapping the cover, and the cover tape piece in a state of not wrapping the cover. With second fixing means to fix to the body It is characterized in.
[0012]
According to the above-described configuration, the cover can be tensioned and passively pulled downward by the core material by slightly sliding the core material or rotating the core material.
[0013]
Further, by forming the core material, the cover can be formed in a predetermined external shape, and a certain space can be secured in the cover, so that the inside of the cover is not stuffy and the infant is cramped. There is nothing.
[0014]
If the above-described configuration is adopted, when the cover is stored, the core material and the cover can be lifted up to the front end of the hood, and the core material and the cover can be stored using the storage means. As a result, only the upper hood is formed in the baby carriage.
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, even in a state where the cover is suspended, the cover itself does not come into contact with the infant's face by securing a certain space inside the cover, keeping a certain distance from the head, Infants can be protected without feeling pressure on the infant.
[0024]
Further, since the tension is applied to the cover surface by the core material, there is no wrinkle, and the infant can clearly see the outside from the inside of the cover, and can keep the cover hanging in a good-looking manner.
[0025]
Further, by forming the storage means, the cover or the core material can be stored compactly and in a good-looking manner, which is convenient for carrying around.
[0026]
The cover does not need to be covered on the baby carriage, and can be easily protected from the end of the hood located above the baby carriage by simply dropping the cover from the storage means and passively dropping the cover. It is not necessary to cover or remove the baby carriage from the upper side.
[0027]
If the cover is made of a hard material, the amount of covering can be adjusted to any covering state suitable for the weather and external environment by changing the position of the core at the lower end of the cover. I can.
[0032]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the stroller A has an external configuration including a front wheel 18a and a rear wheel 18b at a lower portion of the baby carriage A, and a step 11 on which an infant puts his / her foot is formed on the upper portion of the front wheel 18a. Further, aseat mat member 12 having a seat portion 12a and a backrest portion 12b from the middle portion to the upper portion on the upper side of the step platform 11 is made of metal and is acylindrical frame member 13 when the shape is viewed in cross section. A horizontal bar 13a is provided on the rear upper part of theframe member 13 so that a guardian can push the baby carriage A from the back of the baby carriage A.
[0033]
Further, on the upper side of theseat mat member 12, ababy carriage top 14 is attached to the baby carriage A. In particular, the structure of themain body 22 of the hood is bent around a substantially rhombus member so that the baby carriage It is formed in a U-shaped shape when viewed from the front with respect to A.
[0034]
The hood bodymain body 22 is formed using aflexible sheet material 15 formed of water-repellent synthetic resin fibers, and stitches are formed at the front end and the rear end of thesheet material 15; A core material 16a, 16b having a U-shape in a cross-sectional view and a flat plate shape is stretched between the stitches. Thejoints 17 at both ends of the two core members 16a and 16b located on the left and right sides of the baby carriage A are respectively rotated by the two core members 16a and 16b using bearings and shafts. The structure is made movable.
[0035]
In addition, the intermediate portion between the front edge portion and the rear edge portion in the forward direction with respect to the baby carriage A is shorter than the two core members 16a and 16b and has a smaller thickness than the baby carriage A. When viewed from the front, a core material 16c formed of a wire bent in a U-shape is provided, and the core material 16c is also stretched in the stitch.
[0036]
Further, above the connectingportions 17 on the left and right sides, when the core members 16a and 16b are rotated, the shape of the hood bodymain body portion 22 is maintained so as not to collapse, and the hood bodymain body portion 22 has a predetermined shape. In order to extend only to an angle, a link configuration is adopted, and astopper 19 is formed that allows the core members 16a and 16b to rotate to a predetermined angle.
[0037]
With the configuration described above, the hood bodymain body 22 can easily spread thesheet material 15 of the hood bodymain body 22 in the front-rear direction of the baby carriage A.
[0038]
Further, the shafts of thecoupling portions 17 on both the left and right sides are recessed for attaching thebaby carriage top 14 to the baby carriage A by fitting the concave material formed of synthetic resin into the cylindrical frame of the baby carriage A. The member is also formed to be rotatable. For this reason, the height of thebaby carriage top 14 attached to the baby carriage A may be attached to any part of the left andright frame members 13, so that the baby carriage A can be attached to the baby carriage A at a height suitable for the height of the infant. Ahood 14 can be attached.
[0039]
In particular, in the case of a foldable buggy type baby carriage, most of the baby carriages are not attached with a hood when the baby carriage is purchased. On the other hand, if thebaby carriage top 14 can be attached to the baby carriage described above, the buggy type baby carriage can be used if the recessed member is fitted to theframe member 14 in a state where the buggy type baby carriage can be used. Of course, even a baby carriage can be used with ababy carriage top 14 attached thereto.
[0040]
Further, astorage tape piece 21 for storing a cover 20 (to be described later) is sewn on the upper side of the front edge of the surface of the hood bodymain body 22, and the front end of thestorage tape piece 21 is provided at predetermined intervals. One side of the snap 21a is formed when thestorage tape piece 21 is folded on the back side of the hood bodymain body 22 on the back side of the hood bodymain body 22 as well. And forms the other side of the snap 21a. When thecover 20 is used, that is, when thestorage tape piece 21 is not used, the above-mentioned snap (21b in FIG. 2C) is stored in the storage tape in order to fold and fix thestorage tape piece 21 in half. A pair of snaps (21b in FIG. 2 (c)) is formed at each predetermined portion that is superposed when folded on a surface opposite to the surface formed on thepiece 21.
The above is the main configuration of thebaby carriage top 14, particularly thetop body 22.
[0041]
Further, aflexible cover 20 formed of a transparent synthetic resin having a function of water repellency and UV blocking is provided on the front side edge of the hood bodymain body 22 described above, and thesheet material 15 of the hood bodymain body 22 is provided. The upper end portion of thecover 20 having substantially the same size as that of thecover 20 is sewn, and the outer end portion (lower end portion) of thecover 20 is substantially the same as the core material 16a of the front end portion of the hood bodymain body portion 22. Thecore material 10 which is U-shaped and has substantially the same size is sewn.
The both ends of thecore member 10 have the same structure as the attachment structure of the hood bodymain body 22 to the joint 17 at both ends of the core members 16a and 16b of the hood bodymain body 22. Forming.
[0042]
In the unlikely event that only the top body (top body portion 22) without thecover 20 is attached to the upper side of the baby carriage A and used on a day with particularly strong sunlight, thecoupling portion 17 of thetop body portion 22 is connected to the baby carriage A. If thehood body 22 is rotated back and forth to extend to the limit of the movable range, the sun on the infant's head can be prevented, but depending on the incident angle of the sun on the baby carriage A The light may enter the infant's face, which not only makes the infant uncomfortable, but also prevents the infant from being completely protected, such as hurting the eyes.
[0043]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, when thebaby carriage top 14 provided with thecover 20 having the above-described configuration is attached to the upper side of the baby carriage A, thecover 20 is suspended from the front end of themain body 22. Then, since thecover 20 is in a state of completely covering the infant's face in front, the incident light can completely block light incident at any angle with respect to the infant's face. In other words, the face of the infant can be protected by using thehood body portion 22 provided with thecover 20 of this form, and in particular, the face of the infant due to external factors such as wind and exhaust gas blown directly on the face, and , Even the neck can be protected.
[0044]
Furthermore, since theU-shaped core member 10 is sewn to the outer end portion (lower end portion) of thecover 20, thecover 20 can maintain a constant shape with a U-shaped cross section. That is, by ensuring a certain space inside thecover 20 even in a suspended state, thecover 20 itself does not come into contact with the infant's face, keeping a certain distance from the head and giving the infant a feeling of pressure. Never give.
[0045]
Moreover, since the tension is applied to the cover surface by the core material, there is no wrinkle, and the infant can clearly see the outside from the inside of the cover, and can keep the cover hanging in a good-looking manner.
[0046]
When storing the cover 20 (including the core material 10), as shown in FIG. 2A, the guard lifts thecore material 10 at the outer end of thecover 20 to the front edge of thehood body 22 and During the lifting operation, thecore member 10 is brought into contact with the core member 16a at the front end of the hood bodymain part 22 through thecover 20 that is passively folded inside the baby carriage A in a bellows shape. Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the guardian opens thestorage tape piece 21 by removing the snap 21b, and wraps thecore member 10 and thecover 20 together so that thehood body portion 22 is covered. Fold up to the back surface, and further, the storage tape is formed by one side of the snap 21a formed on thestorage tape piece 21 and the other side of the snap 21a formed on the back surface of the hood as shown in FIG. If thepiece 21 is locked and sealed, thecover 20 and thecore material 10 can be beautifully stored compactly, and thecover 20 protrudes toward the inside of the baby carriage A (toward the infant) and feels a pressure on the infant. Never give.
Further, if thestorage tape piece 21 having water repellency is sealed as described above, water droplets do not enter the gap between the foldedcover 20 even in rainy weather.
[0047]
Furthermore, as another embodiment, the cover 32 may be formed in a mesh shape as shown in FIG. By using the hood body 31 formed with the mesh-like cover 32, air permeability in the cover 32 can be ensured and insects and dust can be prevented from coming into contact with the face. Ideal for use.
[0048]
As another embodiment, as in the above-described embodiments, the upper ends of thecovers 20 and 32 are directly sewn to the front end of thehood body 22 so that thehood body 22 and thecovers 20 and 32 are integrated. Instead, as shown in FIG. 4, one engagement edge 42 a of the slide fastener is sewn to the front edge of thehood body 22, and the other engagement edge 42 b of the slide fastener is connected to the upper end of thecover 20. By using the pair ofslide fasteners 42, a baby carriage hood body 41 that can lock or separate the hood bodymain body portion 22 and thecover 20 from each other can be formed.
[0049]
If the said structure is taken, when attaching or detaching thecover 20 to thehood body part 22, it can be easily attached and detached using the slider 42c and can be easily performed.
For example, the hood body 41 that takes the form integrated with thecover 20 in which thecover 20 in the mesh shape or the gray smoke color or the brown half color having a light shielding function is sewn to thehood body portion 22 according to the application. Since it is not necessary to prepare each and only thecover 20 having the function according to the purpose and the external environment can be replaced and used, the cost can be reduced and a predetermined number of cases can be reduced when carrying. If thecover 20 is carried, it can be covered by onehood body 22 so that it does not become a luggage.
[0050]
When thecover 20 is not used, theslide fastener 42 may be separated and the cover 20 (and the core material 10) may be removed, or thestorage tape piece 21 may be used for storage.
[0051]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, as another embodiment, when thecover 20 is formed to have a size approximately three times as large as the hanging direction, and thecover 52 is suspended, the top body main body 22 A core material having substantially the same shape as thecore material 10 at the outer end of the cover extending from the back surface of thecover 52 to a portion corresponding to the middle of the surface of thecover 52 between the front edge of the cover and thecore material 10. 53 is attached.
[0052]
If the said structure is taken, the saidcover 52 is equipped with the magnitude | size which protects substantially the whole infant from the front side of the baby carriage A, and both right and left sides when it hangs down, and is formed in the top body main-body part 22 with the form mentioned above. Therefore, the guardian need not bother to cover thecover 52 from above the baby carriage A when using thecover 52.
[0053]
That is, the guardian covers thecover 52 and thecore material 10 that are separated from the snap 21 a and sealed with thestorage tape piece 21 in a state where the cover 52 (and thecore materials 10 and 53) are stored in thestorage tape piece 21. , 53 are released, thecover 52 folded inwardly toward the baby carriage A in a bellows shape is passively suspended depending on the weight of thecore members 10, 53.
[0054]
Thereby, for example, even in sudden rain, thecover 52 can easily cover substantially the entire infant. Furthermore, by forming the core material 53 attached to the intermediate portion, thecover 52 can be formed in a predetermined external shape, and since a certain space can be secured in thecover 52, the inside of thecover 52 is not steamed, The baby carriage top 51 that does not give the infant a feeling of cramping can be configured.
In addition, it can be easily stored in the same procedure as described above during storage.
[0055]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), as another embodiment, the upper end of thecover 62 is coupled along the shape of the rear edge of thehood body 22 and the coupling is described above. The slide fastener 64 is sewn to the rear edge portion and the upper end portion of the cover 64 in the same manner as thecover 20 is coupled to the front end portion of thehood body 22. Here, thecover 62 is formed so that the width in the direction depending on the baby carriage A is about half as long as thecover 20 attached to the front edge for protecting the infant's face. The width in the direction is the same width as thecover 20 at the front edge of thehood body 22.
[0056]
In addition, a core member 63 having substantially the same shape as the shape of the rear edge for relaxing thecover 62 is attached to the outer edge (lower end) of thecover 62. Further, as in the case of thecover 20 formed on the front edge of thehood body 22 described above, thestorage tape piece 21 having a size capable of storing thecover 62 and the snap 21a correspond to the front end. It is attached to each part of the rear end.
[0057]
Normally, the baby carriage A has a gap between the seat mat member 12b of the baby carriage A and themain body 22 of the baby carriage A. For example, when wind and rain are strong, rain enters through the gap on the rear surface of the baby carriage A. . On the other hand, in the case of the baby carriage top 61 having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), if the cover is hung on the rear side of the baby carriage A, the length in the front-rear direction with respect to the baby carriage A will be described. Even if it is short, since it can be covered in a form that sufficiently closes the gap, an infant can be reliably protected.
[0058]
Of course, thecovers 20, 32, 52, 62 adopting the above-described embodiments can be arbitrarily replaced with respect to one hood bodymain body 22 according to the purpose of use.
[0059]
In addition, theslide fasteners 42 and 64 have been described as an example of attachment / detachment means between thehood body 22 and the cover, but other attachment / detachment means such as hook-and-loop fasteners, hooks, and snaps may be formed.
[0060]
Furthermore, thestorage tape piece 21 and the snaps 21a and 21b have been described as an example of the cover storage means. However, a bag-like member (pocket) is provided at the front side edge of thehood body 22 and stored therein. Alternatively, a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners or snaps may be formed on the front end of the string member and the back surface of the hood bodymain body 22 so as to be locked with each other, and stored using these.
[0061]
In the correspondence between the above-described embodiment and the configuration of the present invention,
Thehood body portion 22 of this embodiment corresponds to the hood body of the present invention,
Similarly,
The snap 21a corresponds to the first fixing means,
The snap 21b corresponds to the second fixing means,
As described above, the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the embodiment described above, and many embodiments can be obtained.
