本発明は斯かる従来の実状に鑑みて案出されたもので、ショーツが着用者の動作に追従でき、ショーツに吸収性パットを装着した場合にこの吸収性パットがずれることなく陰部に密着できるようにしたショーツを得ることを課題とする。

そこで、請求項１記載の発明は、伸縮性を有する前身頃片と後身頃片とを互いに縫合して、胴周り開口部及び一対の脚周り開口部が形成されると共に、前記一対の脚周り開口部の間に股当て片を備えた股下部が形成されてなり、前記後身頃片の略中央部に位置して、股下部から胴周り開口部側に向かって縦方向に延びる伸縮性テープが取付けられてなるショーツにおいて、

これによって、前記股下部４の内側に吸収性パッドを装着した場合において、吸収性パッドのずれが有利に防止される。
したがって、前記ショーツ１に装着した吸収性パッドがずれることなく陰部に密着できるようにしたショーツ１が得られる。
