しかしながら、従来の街頭、駅および車内向け広告情報提供システムでは、単に街頭や駅、あるいは車内で広告情報を提供するのみであったため、多数の店舗を持つチェーン店の場合は、全ての店舗情報を掲示するのは困難であるという問題がある。また、ユーザが広告中に表示されたサーバにアクセスして詳細情報を得たとしても、広告主側からはどの広告情報が閲覧されたのか調べることができないため、適切な店舗情報を提供することは困難であるという問題もある。
