TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to improvements in various socks such as tights, stockings, over knees, high socks, short socks, anklets, foot covers, toe fittings, and more particularly to socks for correcting hallux valgus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Hallux valgus is a type of deformation of the foot, and refers to a state in which the first toe of the foot is bent toward the second toe as shown in FIG.
[0003]
This is caused by loosening of the lateral metatarsal ligament and opening of the metatarsal joint, resulting in varus of the first metatarsal bone and consequently valgus of the first toe.
[0004]
The theory that the cause of such hallux valgus is that shoes with excellent shock absorption are worn from an early age and that the development of plantar muscles is hindered, and that shoes with sharp toes such as high heels, It is said that the subject is tightened and bends the first toe outward.
[0005]
In such a state of hallux valgus, not only does the first toe suffer pain, but also the balance of the body is lost, causing low back pain and the like.
[0006]
Various inventions and inventions have been made to correct such harmful hallux valgus. For example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-13814 proposes a supporter that has a function of winding around the first toe and the instep and inverting the first toe. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-269367 proposes a sock in which the first toe is varus by forming a toe into a fork and attaching a valgus-preventing body.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Published Japanese Utility Model Application No. Hei 6-13814
[Patent Document 2]
JP-A-2001-269367
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The device described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 6-13814 is troublesome to mount. In addition, when wearing shoes, it is necessary to further wear socks, and as a result, there is a drawback that the feet are tightened and the pain is rather increased.
[0010]
In addition, the invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-269367 requires a step of attaching a hallux valgus prevention body in addition to knitting by a sock knitting machine, resulting in an increase in price and no practicality as a product.
[0011]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sock capable of correcting hallux valgus only by wearing socks or a sock for hallux valgus that can be manufactured only by knitting with a sock knitting machine.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the sock according to the first aspect of the present invention has a sock with a toe formed in two forks, and has hardly stretchable portions formed on both side edges of the sock.
[0013]
The sock according to the second aspect is provided with a shape in which the hardly stretchable portion circulates not only from both side edges but also from the instep to the back of the instep.
[0014]
In the sock according to the third aspect, the hardly stretchable portion is knitted by combining tuck knitting and floating knitting.
[0015]
The sock according to the fourth aspect is knitted not only with tack-knitting and floating knitting but also with auxiliary thread knitting of the hardly stretchable portion.
[0016]
The sock according to the fifth aspect is knitted by thread knitting with a difficult stretch portion.
[0017]
Hereinafter, how the present invention configured as described above works to solve the problem will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
FIG. 1 is a front view of the sock according to the first aspect, FIG. 2 is a front view of the sock according to the second aspect, FIG. 3 is a rear view of the same, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the state of use of the present invention.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, the sock according to the first aspect is provided with hard-to-stretch portions 1a at both side edges. Since the hard elastic portion 1a has poor elasticity as compared with other portions, when attached, a force is applied in a direction indicated by an arrow in FIG. 1, that is, in a direction in which the toe opens. As a result, when actually worn, the toes open as shown in FIG.
[0020]
In other words, a force can be applied in a direction in which the first everted valgus is varus, so that the correction of the hallux valgus becomes possible.
[0021]
In addition, in the sock according to the second aspect, not only the both side edge portions but also the hardlystretchable portion 1b is provided in a shape of orbiting from the instep to the back of the instep. When the hardelastic part 1b is worn, it applies a force in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 2, that is, in the direction to tighten the metatarsal joint.
[0022]
As described above, hallux valgus is caused by the opening of the metatarsal joint. Therefore, it is possible to correct the hallux valgus by tightening the metatarsal joint by the hardelastic part 1b.
[0023]
In the sock according to the third aspect, the hardly stretchable portion is knitted by combining tuck knitting and floating knitting. Here, tack knitting has a property that it is difficult to elongate in the wale direction (vertical direction), and floating knitting has a property that it is difficult to elongate in the course direction (horizontal direction).
[0024]
It is possible to form a hardly stretchable portion having poor stretchability due to such properties only by knitting with a knitting machine.
[0025]
In the sock according to the fourth aspect, the hardly stretchable portion is knitted not only by tack knitting and floating knitting, but also by additional yarn knitting. Here, the additional yarn knitting is a knitting method in which another knitting yarn is added to the ground knitting yarn to supply the knitting yarn, and the portion can be reinforced. Reinforcement by the additional yarn as described above makes it possible to add more difficult elasticity.
[0026]
In the sock according to the fifth aspect, the hardly stretchable portion is knitted by a spun yarn knitting in which another knitting yarn is added to a ground knitting yarn such as a flat knitting yarn to supply the yarn. As described above, by partially supplying the yarn, the portion is reinforced, so that it is possible to impart a difficult stretchability.
[0027]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0028]
The sock knitting method according to the present invention may be the same as the ordinary sock knitting method except for the hardly stretchable portion. In other words, knitting is performed using flat knitting as a basic structure, and the mouth rubber portion is knitted by knitting or knitting in which a rubber thread is inserted.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the toe portion is formed in a fork of a narrow portion 4 and awide portion 5. At this time, the first toe may be inserted into the narrow part 4 and the second toe, the third toe, the fourth toe and the fifth toe may be inserted into thewide part 5, or the narrow part may be inserted. 4 may be knitted so that the first toe and the second toe are inserted, and thewide part 5 may be knitted so that the third toe, the fourth toe and the fifth toe are inserted.
[0030]
The shape of the sock can also take various shapes. That is, the present invention can be implemented in any shape such as a tights shape, a stocking shape, an over knee shape, a high socks shape, a short sock shape, an anklet shape, a foot cover shape, and a toe attachment shape. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention in an anklet shape.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 4, the sock body 2 is a sock body 2 having only a portion to be put on a toe portion of a wearer, and having a lockingstring 3 attached to both end edges of the sock body 2. In this toe attachment, the sock body 2 is attached to the toe, and thestrap 3 is attached to the heel and worn.
[0032]
In the toe mounting device according to the present invention, portions other than the hardly stretchable portion 1a of the sock main body 2 are knitted by flat knitting. The lockingstring 3 is formed of a flat rubber or another string having elasticity.
[0033]
In the socks according to the third aspect, the hardelastic portions 1a and 1b are knitted by cross knitting of tack knitting and floating knitting. A specific knitting method is as shown in FIGS.
[0034]
That is, in the knitting method shown in FIG. 6, in the first course C1, the elastic yarn G is tack-knitted with every other knitting needle row W1, W3, W5... W2, W4, W6 ... are not knitted. The second course C2 is floating knitting, in which every second knitting needle row W1, W2, W5, W6... Of all the knitting needles is hooked with the elastic yarn G, and the remaining every other knitting needle rows W3, W4, W7. , W8 ... float. The third course C3 has the same tack organization as C1. The fourth course C4 uses the same floating knitting as C2. In the following, knitting is performed in the same manner by tack knitting and floating knitting.
[0035]
In the knitting method shown in FIG. 7, in the first course C1, the elastic yarn G is tack-knitted with every other knitting needle row W1, W3, W5... Of all the knitting needles, and the remaining every other knitting needle row W2 is formed. , W4, W6,... Are not knitted. The second course C2 is floating knitting, and the elastic yarn G is hooked on W1 and W2 of all the knitting needles, and W3, W4 and W5 float. The elastic thread G is hooked on W6, and W7 and W8 float. The elastic yarn G is hooked on W9 and W10, and the next three rows are floated. In this way, it is floating knitting with 2: 3: 1: 2.
[0036]
The difference between the knitting method shown in FIG. 6 and the knitting method shown in FIG. 7 is that the knitting method shown in FIG. 7 is harder to grow. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described knitting method shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and it is possible to increase the difficulty of stretching by changing the ridge of the floating knitting.
[0037]
In the sock according to the fourth aspect, the knitting yarn obtained by tack knitting and floating knitting in the sock according to the third aspect is a ground knitting yarn, and the knitting yarn is supplied and knitted with other knitting yarns. The knitted yarn is cut at both ends of the hard elastic part.
[0038]
In the sock according to the fifth aspect, in a part where a hardly stretchable portion is to be formed in a normal sock knitting process such as a flat knitting, another knitting yarn is added to a ground knitting yarn such as a flat knitting so as to be knitted. FIG. 8 schematically shows a specific knitting method. That is, in each of the courses C1, C2, C3,..., The elastic yarn G1, which is a ground knitting yarn, is flat-knitted in all the knitting needle rows W1, W2, W3, W4, W5. In the knitting needle rows W2 to W8, the yarn is knitted with the elastic yarn G2 as another knitting yarn. The elastic yarn G2 is cut at both ends of the hard elastic portion. The number of rows of the knitting needles to be knitted is determined according to the width of the hardly stretchable portion.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to provide a sock that can correct hallux valgus only by wearing socks or a sock for hallux valgus that can be manufactured only by knitting with a sock knitting machine. It is.
