りすぎて足を痛めたり、逆に遅すぎて運動にならなかっ
たりする。そこであらかじめ入力した理想の心拍数のデ
ータからの差に従って音楽の速さをコントロールする装
置をつくり、音楽に合わせて走ってさえいれば理想の心

拍数を体につけたセンサーで測定し、理想の心拍数との
差が一定以上開いたら、音楽の速さを少し変化させるこ
とで理想値に近づけるよう誘導する装置である。これに
より音楽に合わせて走ってさえいれば理想の心拍数で走
りつづけることができ、楽しく長く、理想の強度の運動
