Abstract

Syringe for the distribution of liqs. can be filled from the rear under sterile conditions, without dismantling or risk of contamination. This filling is simple, rapid and certain, various needles, valves, connectors, nozzles etc. can be used on the dispensing side which can remain intact, and uncontaminated, during the filling operation. The syringe is in the form of a tubular glass body with a nozzle at one end and a fringe grip at the other. Both the nozzle and the grip may be made of polypropylene. The tube has a plug of elastic material at the front end, which is moved forward when the syringe is filled. The filling device is a simple tube of metal or plastic with a grip for pushing the piston forwards in the tube, the liq. is expelled through the connector point into the chamber of the syringe.[CH570169A5]
