Description

Title: The Portable Display System (PDS)
Background:
The invention relates to the portable display system apparatus.
There are many outdoor platforms which advertising have used over the years. The fixed outdoor platforms are known in the advertising industry as "street furniture". There have been technological developments in street furniture from paper print to digital platforms. For portable printed advertising platforms remain static. Though both advertising platforms have achieved considerable familiarity and awareness, there has been a continuing need for improvement and alternatives.
Statement of invention:
The portable display system apparatus is a device for content display which can include advertising and public announcements which is an alternative to street furniture and other portable display systems. The portable display system apparatus is wearable on the front and rear of the wearer and can be employed indoor and outdoor scenarios.
Advantages: The portable display system apparatus is portable and wearable so planning and associated permissions are not required.
The portable display system apparatus is within current weight guidelines for manual handling of current Health and safety regulations.
Introduction to drawings:
An example of the portable display system apparatus will now be described by referring to the accompanying drawings: * Figure 1 is an illustration of the components that make-up the portable display system and a wiring diagram; * Figure 2 is an illustration of the casing of the mobile portable display system and a construction diagram; and * Figure 3 is an illustration of the inside rear view of the mobile portable display system.
* Figure 4 is an illustration of the apparatus attached to a wearer.
Detailed description:
(Figurel) The portable display system apparatus comprises of a memory means having computer program code stored therein; a processing means, wherein the code is executable by the processing to cause display of said content on the monitor; power supply (2) and a 22 inch High Definition monitor (3). Power supply are rechargeable batteries which provide the electrical energy to power the processing means and 22 inch high definition monitor for the portable display system apparatus.
(Figure2) The portable display system apparatus components are held within a case 1. Wherein, the memory means having computer program code stored therein; a processing means, wherein the code is executable by the processing to cause display of said content on the said monitor. A protective transparent screen is at the front of the portable display system apparatus 2. The portable display system apparatus case is covered in a suitable waterproof material 3. The portable display system apparatus means of attaching to a wearer is harness 4.
(Figure3) The media player land batteries 2 are fitted to the back of the monitor 3 which are inside the portable display system apparatus case. The two batteries are fitted to the rear of the monitor, one battery on the right and one on the left for effective weight distribution.
