Abstract

A pocket-sized liquid dispenser comprises a fluid container 1 and a pump / atomiser 2, the container defining a wall / section of the pump housing or atomiser housing. By such design, the pump does not need a dedicated pump housing, thereby reducing part count. The liquid dispenser container may further comprise an integral fluid transfer dip-tube 3. The pocket-sized liquid sprayer is thin, and may be dimensioned as a credit-card so as to fit in a wallet pocket. The dispenser reservoir is ideally injection moulded as a single unit such that it defines the pump housing and the tube. The liquid dispenser may contain perfume, and may be carried in a pocket, purse or bag.

DESCRIPTION
THE INVENTION RELATES TO A POCKET SIZED DISPOSABLE LIQUID DISPENCER, TYPICALLY CONTAINING PERFUME OR FRAGRANCE.
THE DISPENCER IS TO BE NO BIGGER THAN A STANDARD CREDIT CARD AND
NO THICKER THAN 7mm.THE COMPLETE DISPENCER SHALL FIT EASILY INTO A WALLET, SHIRT POCKET, SUIT POCKET, PURSE, CLUTCH BAG OR SIMILAR CONTAINER USED TO HOLD PERSONAL ITEMS. THE DISPENCER IS TO BE INJECTION MOULDED FROM A NON DEFORMABLE PLASTIC. THE MAIN BODY IS
TO INCORPERATE A COMMON ATOMIZER WITH THE ABSENCE OF THE FLUID
TRANSFER TUBE AND ATOMIZER HOUSING OR PUMP DISPENCER HOUSING.
OBJECTIVE
THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS INVENTION IS THE PROVISION OF A POCKET SIZED
LIQUID DISPENCER WITH THE INCORPERATION OF THE ATOMIZER HOUSING
OR PUMP DISPENCER HOUSING AND FLUID TRANSFER TUBE, ALLOWING THE FINISHED PRODUCT TO NOT EXCEED 7mm IN THICKNESS BUT STILL HAVE AN INTERNAL VOLUME OF AT LEAST l5mI / 15000mm3.
