Abstract

The invention pertains to an imitated cigarette (1) with cigarette holder which contains an upper part (2) having a cavity (4) in which an adjustable double capsule (5) is located, which is provided with small holes (6) on the ends. By means of a slight turning of the lower part (3) of the cigarette holder, the capsule is opened and closed. Cigarette and cigarette holder have a channel (7) running through them. The cigarette with the cigarette holder can be made of plastic or rubber. The filling of the capsule consists of tobacco, menthol, honey, syrup of figs, alcohol and prune juice. The same invention can also be used for cigars (with or without cigar holder). Further for tobacco pipes, special inserts with the above listed filling can be used. <IMAGE>

SPECIFICATIONCold smoke cigarette with cigarette holderThe invention pertains to an imitated cigarette (1), which feigns a combustibility on the tip (in the form of burned ash). This is inserted into a cigarette holder. The cigarette holder consists of two parts and the upper part (2) contains a cavity (4) in which an adjustable double capsule (5) is located, which is provided with small holes (6) on the ends. By means of a slight turning of the lower part (3) of the cigarette holder, the capsule is opened and closed. Cigarette and cigarette holder have a channel (7) running through them and the front end of the cigarette (8) has several small openings. The cigarette with the cigarette holder can be made of Bakelite (registered Trade Mark), plastic, rubber or similar material.

The filling of the capsule consists of: tobacco, menthol, honey, syrup of figs, alcohol and prune juice.

The same invention can also be used for cigars (with or without cigar holder). Further, for tobacco pipes, special inserts with the above listed filling can be used or special pipes.

The invention has the purpose of curbing normal smoking and of providing a compensating substitute.

CLAIM

Cigarette (1) with cigarette holder (2 + 3) and the inserted adjustable double capsule (5 + 6) two hollow cylinders one lying on top of the other, which are provided with holes on the ends and with two hubs each on the sides by means of which through a slight turning motion the capsule is opened or closed. The filling of the capsule consists of tobacco, menthol honey, syrup of figs, alcohol and prune juice. The same construction for cigars with and without cigar holder. Furthermore, inserts for tobacco pipes as well as special pipes with the aforementioned filling.
