Springs which produce a return force for the tilting fitting are disposed in the tube 3. The fixed member 8 is formed as a hollow sectional element. A strap 7 Fig. 1 (not shown) on a yoke 6 attached to the tube 3 engages in the sectional element to limit the tilting of the rear part 14".
