1470790 Rotary fairleads RUSTON-BUCYRUS Ltd 29 Oct 1974 [30 Oct 1973 20 May 1974] 46865/74 and 29110/74 Heading B8B [Also in Division E1] In a fairlead assembly for a drag line excavator an upright outboard sheave 41 is swingably mounted relative to an upright inboard sheave 16 about a substantially upright axis 30 so that the lowest point of the inboard sheave is below the uppermost point of the outboard sheave and the support 11 on which the two sheaves are mounted is provided with means by which it may be pivotally mounted about a horizontal axis 15 on the frame 1 of the excavator and a link 20 to lock the support to the frame when it is mounted at 15 on the frame.
