Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for the production of a contextual image of a moving object. The method is characterised in that it comprises: a step (1) of obtaining image lines of the object; a step (2) of obtaining the speed of the object; a step (3) of calculating a temporal sampling frequency of the image lines thus obtained, by multiplying a desired resolution value for the object in the desired contextual image by the speed of the object thus obtained; a step (4) of juxtaposing the image lines in order to obtain a two-dimensional image; and a step (5) of sampling the two-dimensional image using the sampling frequency thus calculated. The invention also relates to a computer program using the method for the production of a contextual image of a moving object.
