The present invention relates to a device for collecting a wine sample in the middle of a tank in the fermentation phase. The usual practice is to hang the sample bottle by the neck with a string, to immerse in the tank and back by pulling the string. This empirical method in no way guarantees that the bottle will not pick up during its ascent and, moreover, requires the speaker to bend, with the risk of falling over a fermenting tank from which emerges from carbon dioxide, deadly gas in case of prolonged inhalation. The device according to the invention overcomes these two disadvantages. The sample rod has two essential parts: First, a hollow handle which at its end is provided with a lumen and a thread. Second, a bottle holder with a flange whose inner thread is the same as that of the handle. At the base of the bottle holder there is a special embossing at the bottom of the wine bottles to center the bottle and lock it laterally. A rim prevents the bottle from slipping out of the bottle holder. The handling consists of screwing until the handle contact around the neck of the bottle which is caught in vice. It is then possible to immerse the cane in the tank without bending, to fill the bottle with the light made in the handle and reassemble it safely. According to particular embodiments: -The handle must be large enough to reach the middle of the tank. The material of manufacture must be adapted to the food industry. The accompanying drawing illustrates the invention. Figure 1 shows the sectional profile invention. With reference to this drawing the invention comprises a handle (1) hollow with at its end a light (3) through which the liquid 35 and a thread (7) which allows to screw the handle inside the door bottle (2). The bottle holder (2) has at its upper part a flange (4) whose inner portion has a screw thread (8) identical to the thread (7) of the handle (1) and in its lower part an embossing ( 5) of bottle end 40 for centering and laterally locking the bottle (9) and a rim (6) preventing the bottle from slipping out of the bottle holder (2). The device according to the invention is particularly intended to collect wine samples in the middle of tanks in the fermentation phase, like any other sample of liquids contained in a tank, tank or container whose sampling takes place from above.
