Abstract

The telephone has a light sensor (1) equipped with an LED (2) introduced in a base system (4) provided with an opening (5), where the base system is introduced in a slide system (6). The slide system encloses an elastic ring (8) blocked between an edge (7) of the base system and an edge (12) of a case (13) for bringing the base system to its initial state when a user withdraws the pressure exerted on a pen for passing from one word to another word.

The current phone system does not allow the user to be able to write or draw as one could with a pen as well as to click as one could do with the mouse of a computer. This device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It comprises in fact according to a first characteristic, a light sensor introduced into a base system provided with an orifice allowing the sensor to detect the movements. This base system introduced into a sliding system forms a switch that can change the information issued by the pen while using this pen in a classic way does it an ink pen. So when the user exerts a pressure on the pen, he can give the information to draw, a line, a letter, or others ... Then, when the user withdraws his pressure, an elastic ring introduced in the system to slider, locked between the rim of the base system and the rim of the box makes it possible to return the base system to its initial state thus allowing to change the transmitted information and thus be able to move the pointer on the screen when the user keeps a fairly small space between the pen base and the media used. A screen allows to visualize what the user writes or receives as a message. A keyboard is also installed to dial numbers. According to particular embodiments: the elastic ring may be cylindrical allowing it to deform slightly when the user exerts pressure on the base of the pen. the sensor may be of cylindrical shape to be introduced into the base system. the light-emitting diode corresponding to the operation of the sensor may be in the form of a ring making it possible to fit into the base of the sensor. the sensor can be threaded to be screwed onto the base system. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents in section, the device of the invention. Figure 2 shows the invention as a whole. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a sensor (1) -2-

Un écran (17) permet de visualiser ce qu'on écrit.  equipped with a light-emitting diode (2) screwed (3) into a base system (4) at about one milimeter of the orifice (5) forming the base of the pen, allowing the user to move the pointer on the screen when the base of the pen no longer touches the medium used, thus reproducing the operation of an ink pen.The base system (4) is introduced into a sliding system (6) to allow to slide slightly this base system (4) when the user exerts pressure on the base of the pen. The sliding system (6) and the base system (4) can therefore serve as a switch and thus be able to give information, for example to write, or as that of the click of a computer mouse. 7) to the base system (4) is provided to hold a resilient ring (8) and abut against the flange (9) of the sliding system (6) to block the base system (4). Being able to crash and reform, the elastic (8) can bring back the base system (4) to its initial location when the user removes the pressure that it exerts on the pen, this can allow to move the pointer on the screen if the user leaves a space asser reduced between the base of the pen and the support utillisé when it passes from one word to another for example.Un tapping (10) is provided to the sliding system (6 ) and a thread (11) is provided on the flange (12) of the housing (13) to screw this housing (13) to the sliding system (6) allowing a insi to be able to open the system and install the various electronic components. A system of keys (14) makes it possible to dial the numbers as well as to open programs. An emitter (15) and a receiver (16) make it possible to put in oral communication with an interlocutor. A screen (17) makes it possible to visualize what one writes.
