Abstract

Device using magnetic attraction enabling, under optimum safety conditions, a light bulb or any other "lighting" element to be connected to or disconnected from its electrical support. The invention relates to two magnetically attracted elements 5 and 6, at least one of which is magnetic, of suitable particular magnetisation and associated with appropriate pole pieces (masses); at least one of which has an annular shape or consists of several elements arranged in the form of a ring; the two being separated from the electrical circuit; the two are arranged relatively so as to "close" the magnetic field; they are fixed either to adaptors 1, 2 between the light bulb and the socket or directly to new sockets and/or new light bulbs which can be produced pre-fitted with these elements.
