La presente invention concerne les déambulateurs ou cadres de marche pour la rééducation des handicapés physiques. Elle permet, soit de disposer de différents réglages en largeur, soit de transformer un déambulateur articulé en déambulateur fixe. Elle permet également à l'usager d'avoir une sécurité d'emploi et un confort plus grands grâce à de nouvelles conceptions des systèmes existants.MARKET FRAMES
