Abstract

The loose leaf binder is made from a piece of plastic sheet (1) with one end (2) folded over to grip the edges of a stack of paper sheets (8). The upper face of the stack (8) is covered with a thin sheet of transparent plastics (7). The folded edge is pressed firmly against the stack of sheets by a resilient clip (3) of U-shaped cross-section. This clip is pivoted to the folded edge by a rivet in a hole. The grip of the clip can be released by swinging it at right angles to the edge (2) in order to insert or remove the sheets of paper.
