L'invention a pour but de proposer un implant intra-osseux évitant toute infection ou complication et permettant une cicatrisation rapide. L'implant, à une ou deux lames 1 d'un profil général en demi-cercle au-dessous d'une platine supercorticale 17, présente des évidements inférieurs 4, 5, 6 dans la ou les lames, des évidements intermédiaires 7, 8 et des évidements supérieurs tels que 14, 16 pour le passage du tissu osseux de reconstitution et il se termine par un porte-manchon destiné à recevoir un ou deux manchons pour la fixation d'une dent artificielle ou l'ancrage d'un pont. L'application de l'implant comprend, après l'insertion de l'implant dans le maxillaire, une suture du bord de la gencive pour renfermer l'implant dont le porte-manchon est découvert après cicatrisation.The object of the invention is to provide an intraosseous implant preventing any infection or complication and allowing rapid healing.
